Hi! I’m working in the Uncode theme and I have a question:
What should I do to make the portfolio’s images irregulars? I mean, I would like to have this (as you can see, two sizes are combined, square and rectangular): http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/works/portfolio-full-width-metro/I’m using “Portfolio Full-Width Metro” template, but when I create a new portfolio, the Post Thumbnails are all the same size: square.

Hi there! Today I updated my website to the new wordpress version, and suddenly all the images and some of the copy on my home page disappeared. The blocks where they should be are there, and the background colors, but no words or images. I back tracked and put the old version of wordpress back, but that didn’t help. HELP ME!

Thanks! I will download it. I tried finding that update straight on my wp dashboard, but even with my envato api set up, it didn’t show where to do the update. is there a way to do it directly from my dashboard?

Hi, I’m interested in using your theme for my website. It seems very well-designed and your minimal ‘About’-page looks to be very well suited to the design I have in mind. However, before I buy, I’d like to be in the clear on a few issues which have turned out to be gamechangers working with other themes. First, although it seems unlikely you’ll answer in the negative, but I just feel I should doublecheck: can you confirm that I can use this if I use this minimal ‘About’-page as a homepage and for my regular content pages, and can I choose whether the image goes left or right? Second: if I use that split page view with an image on one side of the page, will I be able include elements such as accordions and tabs in the content areas on my pages? Third, my intention is to make a split page ‘works’ portfolio. Now your ‘project sidebar slides’ layout is pretty close to what I have in mind, but instead I’d like to use a full-height, half-page image-slider in line with the split-page design. Will I be able to create this using your theme? Thanks in advance for your reply, hope you can answer all three questions with a ‘yes’ – then I’ll buy the theme straightaway!

1. Yes confirmed you can set this page as your homepage too.
2. Yes you can also import element in the content area, we dont have any ready example but it’s possible.
3. I can confirm if you have a raw screenshots (not properly understood), sorry I would like not to tell something you cannot create easy. For sure it’s possible you go in custom mode with the page builder ( here we have a blog but technically it’s the same ex: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/blog-splitted/)

That’s good news, in general, but to make sure concerning question 3, I’ve put together a mockup using screenshots from your demo illustrating the kind of thing I’d like to do, but apparently I cannot attach a pfd in this comment system unless I host it somehow, which I cannot do very easily right now. Do you know of any easy way to get it to you? In case that’s a problem, I’ll try to describe it. It’s a lot like the blog in the link, but instead of the blog entries, I would like to show a text block giving the project particulars as in the ‘project sidebar slides’ layout, with the image on the left showing the project described. Underneath the image as well as the text block, across the whole whole width of the page, I’d like the bar with the ‘prev’ and ‘next’ buttons linking to the other projects in the portfolio, as seen in the ‘project sidebar slides’ layout from your demo. Preferably I’d also have the footer right underneath that as well but that’s not a must-have. I don’t mind digging in a bit, it’s no problem if I have to work in custom mode with the page builder, so don’t worry if it turns out not to be very very easy – as long as I can get it done, I’m happy!

I have problem after install theme version 1.3.2 . My portfolio it’s not working. i can’t see portfolio detail and only get 404 page not found all of my portfolio. I try to click view page from dashboard but it’s not working too.

Hi! I really like Uncode theme, especially the “Portfolio Designer” template.
I would like to buy it but I have some questions about the background image:
- Does the particle animation is included in the theme?
- Does the particle animation can be interactive? As in this example: http://kamleshyadav.com/wp/aneta/agency-stars/. (Also full screen background).
- Likewise, Does the text can be linked? for example, “visual artist” linked to a page, and “graphic designer” to another.
Finally, Can I install a free multi-language plugin, as Polylang or qTranslate for example (I don’t want to work with WPML). Is the theme tested with these plugins? Does it work well?

3. Yes you can insert link in the headings with the WP text editor.
4. Uncode is WPML certified http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/multi-language-certified/ but I see users that use also the other plugins, actually we dont have any report about possible issues.

Presale Question, please. I’m curious if its possible on portfolio or gallery images to give the user the option of “previewing” content in the lightbox or going to the full page. I’ve looked over almost all of the demo pages, and I cant seem to find that anywhere. It looks like all of your galleries and portfolios only have one option. I’d really like to have this option for the user to chose to preview the image/video or go to the full page for more info. Thank you!

We dont like this configuration so you dont see this and it’s not relevant in Uncode demos. What you can do is to set the media to open in lightbox and the title to open the page, something like this: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/blog/blog-full-width-grid/

Is it possible to configure this on the demos where the title is showing over the images, like on this page: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/blog/blog-full-width-custom/ Perhaps keeping the title on the image on mouseover event and allow click on image to view lightbox and click on the title to show the full page? If its not currently built into the theme, do you think custom code would be relatively complex? I’m comfortable editing child theme myself, I’d just like to know it’s possible before spending the funds to purchase the theme. Thank you again for your help!
Hi AishaMaria, yes you can set the title to not go away, set the images to open in lightbox and the title clicked open the posts, these are options of the module itself without any extra custom code, this moduel have more than 100 options to mix and you need the “multiple” click area active. I cannot tell you sorry, this plugin seems good but have sold only 62 items, Uncode is tested an works with the major plugins but we cannot test any new plugins that come out everyday. I think this will work cause right now we dont have any report about WooCommerce add-on compatibility but cannot confirm, I hope you can understand. Let us know if you need more infos!

Hi! I’m almost decided to buy your theme but I have one question for you. On the portfolio gallery page, would be possible that lightboxes for a regular image project work as they do in the portfolio video gallery? I mean, the works are hidden with a dark layer and you discover them with your mouse. In case that it’s possible, could I control the opacity of that layer? I hope you understand what I mean. we decided not to have the logo stay since it would take up to much vertical space with both the logo and the menu.
Well that’s a shame because this would be a nice template for a client of mine and for myself. Isn’t it possible to make a workaround through CSS? Then I would buy this theme.

I found out that it’s possible to customise with content blocks the tags and categories but when i try this it also modifies the author page. Is there any way to build different categories, tags and authors page??? I really need to have a better authors page and i can’t find the way.
