Hello, I installed wordpress from zero in a clean hosting. I got green in all the requirements but the plugins has a problem when installing. especially Uncode.
Having problems to install theme: importing the media there is and error and then take me again to the worpress installation screen.
this is a very annoying theme to install.

Hi! I tried to open a ticket on your support forum, but it seems that something did not work. It said that „purchase code is invalid” but I entered a 100% valid purchase code.
Anyway, I wanted to ask how to center the heading (from VC)? I tried all I know and it didn’t work.
PS: I am marketing manager and I didn’t want to bother our devs, so I guess you can help me faster
PS2: you should try Ticksy for support, or other ticketing solution. Because your desk is very ineffective right now. From a lot of reasons. IMHO.

Hi! As you can read in the registration form the Envato Marketplace username is case sensitive, so please be sure your browser doesnt have some auto corrector functionality, this can be the only thing that goes wrong.
At the very bottom of this page you find infos how to center texts in Uncode, this is mastered by the column container allign option: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/headings/
Please try to register we really dont think the famous Vanilla forum platform is not good as Ticksy is!

Hi! Please note that the Envato marketplace username is case sensitive. So be sure you dont have some auto correction functionality in your browser. There is a verification both for the purchase code both for the Envato username. If you have problem let us know so we can register you!

Please note that the marketplace username is CASE SENSITIVE, so be sure you dont have any auto-corrector browser options for forms that remove the first letter uppercase from your name at the time you do the registration, this can be the only thing that goes wrong and the form is directly connected with Envato for the verificaion. Can you please double check and inform? Thank you!

I made www.kimanakocu.com website by UNCODE. It’s site with my photography portfolio.
Now I want to make other website (different domain) with the same layout but with my wedding photography. The website will look like my first one – www.kimanakocu.com – nothing in layout will change – only my photos turn into wedding ones.
Can I use the Uncode Theme twice in that case ?

Unfortunately, I’ve run into this fatal error when trying to activate the “WPBakery Visual Composer” plug-in :
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Vc_Manager in /homepages/41/d608496398/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/js_composer.php on line 33
Since, some features of visual composer don’t run correctly, like the single block of the media gallery (blank page and impossibility to load images).
Can you take a look at this ?

I updated the Uncode theme and Uncode core. I tried to update VC but I could not do that because it was included in the theme. How can I update VC?
I’m still having the same issue editing pages so I think I need the VC update.
