I was looking at your theme and want to buy it but I noticed a few responsive bugs. I was particularly looking at the Creative Agency Demo (http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/creative-agency/) and when I reduce my browser’s width width to about 580px, many of the page elements disappear.
1. The team member’s except the first one (Bruce Robinson) disappear on mobiles.
2. The circles below the team members – There are three circles but on mobiles you can only see the first one titled “Responsive”.
3. Below the circles are three boxes: “Our Office, Drop A Line, Support” but again on mobiles only the first one is visible instead of stacking down.
All of these objects are supposed to stack down underneath one another to be truly responsive and they should never disappear based on the users screen size. I only checked the Creative Agency layout but I suspect this is a deeper issue that probably affects any/all layout.
Did you already know about this and if so, do you plan on fixing it? I’d like to buy the theme but wouldn’t be able to use it as it is now.

what are you describing are not bugs and I can explain why:
1. All the team members are there on a carousel form, if you swipe you will see them
2/3. The elements are hidden on mobile because by design we have chosen to hide them. With Uncode you can in fact decide if you want to show/hide a row/column depending of the screen resolution http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/column-settings/#2835/6
Otherwise normally they do stack down as they should as you can see for the other elements.

2. Yes you can set the header height every size you need both from Theme Options (global), both for singular page (Page Options); so you can have a given smaller size for other pages and bigger on the homepage, for example the same we have in the documentation site based on Uncode (http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/).
3. As Envato license you can install a theme only in a single domain, if you need to build different sites you need different licenses.
4. Yes you can build your site on local host and than move it online.

that sounds great, But i want the video at about half the page I suppose that is possible. For example, the same size as the picture in the link I sent.

I used this theme and build the site that I want to have (named #1). I updated as you gave the notification on 2016-4-3 (named #2). After updating, I had to built the site (#1) which I already made eventhough I had a child-theme of the site. Today, I just get an another update notice and I afraid of that I need to built the site once again. Do I got a wrong information for updating or need learn more skill to wordpress. Would give me a tip to solve it that I mentioned ASAP. Thank you your attention.
Unfortunately if you use WP4.5 you need to updated to Uncode 1.3.1, there are some changes in WordPress that require the theme update, moreover there is also an update of Visual Composer for WP4.5 compatibility. Updated a theme is a fact of few seconds (at least 1 minute) and you dont loose any custom works you have done both on contents both on child theme, I hope this make sense.

When you update the theme you dont loose your contents and options that are stored inside your database, you loose your custom works only if you have modified the core files of the theme (this is not a good practise and it’s better to work with a child theme). Hello!
I got a mail today from Envato telling me there is an update for Uncode. Is it a WP 4.5 compatibility fix or what changes were made? There is no mention of it in your Change Log (the last one shown there is the one from 04/03/2016).
BTW, in the Envato Download Center, there seems to be no way of telling the exact version of the theme?
And when I have downloaded the theme file(s), is there a way to tell the version number without installing the theme, i.e. just by looking at a particular file?

I suggest you to configure and use the Envato Toolkit as explained here http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/theme-update/ in that way you can easily see what version you have and what’s available. Plus the update is a lot smoother.

Seems there is no way of telling a theme’s version number from any single file in the download package.
What exactly does the automatic update mean? Does it mean I am notified automatically when there is an update BUT I have to click on the install button to start the update whenever I think it’s OK to update, or does it mean the update is installed automatically whenever it is published without myself being able to start it (or stop it from starting) myself?
This would not really be my preferred choice, because I personally would like to test a new update at first locally before activating it on my live website.

You can always download the uncode.zip file open it and look the style.css file in the root. Inside there there is the version number.

Dear undsgn, what kind a wonderful theme. I bought that a couple days ago and installed with your advise in the documentary.
My issue is, that if I installed the plugin “Woocommerce”, the page doesn’t work anymore. I tried to installed it without using UNCODE. Everything went fine. After activating the theme UNCODE again and the plugin runs – the page doesn’t work anymore. The way to get it back to work is – > manually rename the folder “woocommerce” via FTP to “Xwoocommerce”. After that I deinstalled the plugin.
I tried a couple ways – with your recommended link to the Plugin – I tried using my own link – no solution for that.
And then, I wanted to post that issue in your Support-Page – But I don’t have any permission – but I am signed in and had subscribed to your NL and everything you needed.
please give me an advice what to do … seems to me, that this issue is most likely a configuration problem – but maybe you as a professional will have an eye on that.

I am looking to possibly purchase this theme. So before I do so, I just wanted to confirm that it is fully wordpress compatible. Also I was looking to use the template under Uncode where the first page says “Women Winter Collection” which looks like it is set up to be a boutique website or fashion online store. Could I use this theme and run it as a blog? I love the set up and would love for my blog/website to look like that. If no, could you perhaps recommend a theme similar to this?

Finally the update is up and the compatibility with WordPress 4.5 is assured.
The Visual Composer and Content Blocks, quit working, when WordPress updated to 4.5 today. My site was set for auto updates, so it’s not an install issue, but the theme quit working when WordPress did their update. Can you fix that issue fairly quickly? My site is basically blank now, after the update. So in short, the theme needs to be updated to be compatible with 4.5. Because currently it is not. I already put a ticket in your support system too.

Verify if some media are imported in the media library, if you see some demo media this mean the import is started but your server are not able to complete the request all at once, maybe this is not compliant with the requirements. Just start the import again a few times even if generally it needs only 1 time for sure: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/server-requirements/
