You go to Theme Options > WooCommerce.You will see option named Product New Label. You enable it. After enabling, you will see the Product New Label Time option below (please read its description). You set number of days for it. Please see my screenshot https://prnt.sc/souj9o.

What is the appropriate banner size? Like for the top banners? Our team in India purchased your theme and is utilizing it for our updated website. However the site is loading slowly in some cases. The hosting is GoDaddy. My initial thought is that they have used our largest images for the banners. Problem is, it’s hit or miss on cutting a banner that works on both desktop and mobile. Can you help? Are their specific dimensions? Thanks.

Why doesn’t “Product Categories” appear when administering menus via the Appearance > Menus page? It appears on the Appearance > Customise > Menus page but I find it easier to administer menus via the former page as there’s more room.
It’s okay, figured this out You have to select it in the Screen Options at the top!
