I see some bugs: When i login with Instructor, i click : http://vibethemes.com/demo/wplms/all-courses/, i saw 3 tab (consist of instructing tab) but when i click on any Course, after that, i click on Course on Navigation on this course, i can’t see this Tab (instructing Tab).

1. Yes .Every unit can be connected to a forum. In which student can create unlimited threads to discuss her issues with the Instructor.
2. We have a Bulk Message functionality using which an Instructor can send messages to all or selected students.

I am already using this theme. It is awesome.
It is possible to manage units for each course, not bulk? Because, if I have 20 courses with 30 units each, would be 600 items and it is very difficult to work like this. But if I can set up units for each course, it will be much easier to deal with. Same for quizzes and questions. And speaking of quizzes, could we have 200 questions from which the system pull out only 30 different questions for each take? In this way, students cannot cheat from each other and they can retake an exam without being exposed to the questions of the exam retake.
For easy work and productivity, duplicate exams / quizzes questions / courses / units would be a must too.

This is something which we’re aware of and we’re adding a new functionality to manage this. As the sites grow bigger it is not possible to search all the units/questions, however, we’re planning to bring in a functionality called “Linkage” which will show only linked results across courses, quizzes, questions, assignments and units, this would also make the backend faster because of shorter queries. We would be sharing this for feedback on forums very soon.
I would like to see more use cases for “Duplication” of courses, quizzes, questions etc.. Please create a forum thread and share your thoughts on it.
I am confused about the licensing part. If i have to sell courses do i have to buy the extended license?
AFAIK, you need one regular license per site. If you’re using this theme to create a “new” product and then resell or sub-license it then you need the extended license. You can contact Envato on this.

There is no Inbuilt Video Streaming system available in WPLMS. WPLMS only provides video embedding . For video streaming or video embedding requirements we recommend using professional video service like videopress.com or Vimeo etc..

Sometimes this error appears when you need to optimize your database tables. You can open yoursite.com/wp-admin and WordPress will show you a link to optimize and repaird database, click on it and it will fix everything. If above does not fix, please email me you site url at vibethemes@gmail.com

Hi, you can install the module in this mercadopago.com payment system? since I’m from Venezuela and paypal does not handle the currency of this country, so that the only serious way to integrate the payment module I mention above to serve me .. Cheers!
WPLMS uses WooCommerce or PMPro for all the payment needs. You may want to use a third party woocommerce plugin for mercadopage.

1. Thanks, we’ll add a fix in the update. Yes, you can do it with Live CSS customizer. Locate the Customizer link in the top WP Admin bar and use the Live Custom CSS block.
2. Yes, WPLMS detects the uploaded files for a unit and shows it for download. We’ve added a switch for this in the options panel and it would be available with the next update.
Clickbank is very crucial for online learning websites. It will literally advertise the website via its affiliate network.
The Magicmembers membership plugin has a clickbank addon. I think there are also other membership plugins that have clickbank add-ons and also work with woocommerce. Any plans to add support for any of these clickbank-friendly membership plugins?

When you click on take a course, you’re taken to a product. Purchase the product and choose payment option as Paypal in Checkout. Use the Paypal Test credentials given in the front page to complete the order in paypal and when you return back to the checkout->thank you for purchasing page, you’ll get access to the course. You can then proceed to take the quiz included in the course. The process can be seen from a students point of view in the demo itself.

Try again, we’re recording many orders via Paypal sandbox daily… Or email me your username or order id, I’ll approve it manually.

In WPLMS payments are handled by WooCommerce. When payment is complete the system runs a function to grant access to the course for the respective duration for the student. For Membership, we’ve integrated with PMPro membership system, you can select the Course access to particular membership levels. PMPro has its own payment handling system. Let me know if it answers your question.

Yes. Any Payment Gateway that works with WooCommerce would work with WPLMS. If you want WPLMS as a membership site (demo) then any Payment gateway that works with PMPro would work with WPLMS.

One of the great advantages and flexibility of PaidMemberships Pro is the ability to assign content to several plans and not just one plan. These plans can then be seen as tiers, if desired. For example, if a user purchases the Gold plan, they should be able to access the content within the Bronze and Silver plan as well. Unfortunately, the way you’ve set up your configuration with PMPro, a course can only be assigned to one plan. Thus, if a course is part of the lower-tiered Bronze plan, the Gold plan member can’t access that content. You really should consider replacing the drop-down single-select PMPro menu in the course page, with checkboxes (which is the default method PMPro uses), so that the instructor or admin can add the course to multiple plans.
