Hello, what a great theme. I am currently working on a project using LearnDash LMS but I love what you have done with this theme. I am not clear on how to post reviews. I am transferring from another LMS and have existing reviews that I want to publish.
ONE LAST Q: Not sure how to duplicate the masonry page
1. The Post reviews are actually saved as Comments to the each course. You can edit these from WP Admin -> Comments.
2. a. Add Page/Edit Page
b. Locate Page Builder
c.Drag a Fullwidth Layout.
d. Drag the Posts Grid block in it.
e. Change the settings of the grid, set it to masonry with infinite scroll or pagination , set Custom Post type as Course and set the thumbnail style
etc..

I think your question can also be stated as : How to add comments to a post from WP Admin interface ? This is something we have not planned in the theme, so as of now you’ll have to rely on Google. There is a way to tackle this, but it relies on running some sql queries, so I am not sure if it is the best way.
Hi, Great theme. Just purchased today. I have two questions:
1. How do I change the default size of the logo. My logo is large, but it comes up very very small? 2. How do I get the subscription to show in WEEKS rather than MONTH. I have a 6 week course (42 days), but it comes up as 1 month at the price vs. 6 weeks or per week.

1. We’ll controls to adjust the logo size in Theme customizer with the next version. If you need a quick fix for this, I would suggest you to create a forum thread.
2. Please create a thread in the support forums for this. It is an easy fix.
Just to clarify : The controls for Adjusting the Logo size will be available in the next update. The controls will be located in WP Theme customizer header section. The update is most likely today.

I must say… This theme is VERY well done – a great conceptual contribution to the marketplace. Although I do not currently have a need for this theme, if the need arises in the future, I will definitely be purchasing this theme. Kudos to all involved in the creation of this work.

Also, I’ve read thru the comments and see that you have taken into consideration adding a front-end UI for instructors. I ABSOLUTELY, 100% agree with this. This will give instructors the ability for course-creation, etc. without taking them to the unprofessional-looking Wordpress backend. I had already thought this feature was built-in until I just went through your demo site more in-depth. I know this is a huge project so I definitely appreciate you adding this feature! Kudos.
This theme looks awesome, I’d definitely purchase this theme if instructors could submit courses on the frontend, also are video uploads supported? What about skype? I think a few slight modifications would really make this theme one of the best in 2014.
Audio & Video uploads (not YouTube self hosted) for courses are an absolute must have. Sound effects for courses would be awesome too, correct, incorrect, start of course, completed course.
Last, if I - (site owner) allow you - (instructor) to offer courses would I get paid a percentage or would I be charging a fee to the Instructors?

Yes, Self hosted audio, self hosted video are supported in the theme.

As well as iPhone there are some small issues with iPad, certain pages not being responsive so they are cropped off, the About page for e.g. isn’t formatting correctly. The type excerpt looks weird on the Blog Masonary page. Certain pages with sidebar have type crashing into next/previous buttons. Like I say small things that I’m sure you can sort… just thought you should know to fix/test with iPad.
Also any plans for video instead of slider on homepage?

The home page is built using Pagebuilder, so this can be easily done. We’ll add more homepage examples in the next version update.
Hi there, Love the theme. Been testing the demo on my iPhone 5. I certainly do like the menu slider but there is something seriously wrong with the menu when you click it. It has a mind of its own. When the menu opens to the side its natural to tap on the word. When you tap on a word the page slides back and does not change. It does not happen all the time.
It is more responsive when if you click on the far right of the menu in the white space of the word. It jumps to the page you want.
It is very quick which is great! It might be a problem when it slides because you only notice the top half slide and not the whole page. The last 3 menu items,activity,blog and shop are ok.
I hope I’ve made sense.
I want to purchase asap but it will definitely drive traffic away from mobile users. Tested on the iPhone 5.

I am referring to the instructor demo in the above comment.
The Live preview is also creating problems when you click the menu items. I also noticed it does not drop the extra links under the main menu items. On a positive side I am not noticing any issues with only the top half sliding.

I’m trying to checkout using the PayPal sandbox credentials so I can see the user experience, especially for the quiz.
I get this error – ERROR: Your account has not been activated. Check your email for the activation link.

Yes. There is a results section in each members profile. Which displays the results for each quiz. A screenshot of the same is placed in the Themeforest item front page of WPLMS.
Can your system solve the problem “simultaneously login”? Some user will share their account to other people. Same account but many users, so what did you do to solve this problem?

We’re using WordPress & BuddyPress for membership requirements. You can use any WordPress plugin to solve the multi-login issue.
I have tried the plugin “single-user-login” you recommended. But it didn’t work, it seems an old plugin and the author doesn’t support it anymore. Could you recommend another plugin with same functionality?

Hello! I have one more question about the way free courses work. I would like to use this template, but the majority of my courses will be free:
1.) If a course is free, does it have to be integrated into woocommerce still, or can the student register for the course just by clicking on the course (assuming they already are logged in and registered with the site) and not have to add it to a cart or anything? Thanks in advance for your reply!
No, if the course is free then it does not require any integration with WooCommerce, no purchase is required. The student sees the Course page with “Start course” button.

I have a quick question for you please. My client conducts on-location courses. Is there anyway to setup a course so that it can reflect an on-location course in addition to online courses? Is it possible to set a flat subscription price for access to all courses site-wide? As new courses are added subscribers automatically have access to those courses … so that the pricing module competes with sites like lynda.com
or a better option .. courses are designated as Level 1 .. Level 2 .. Level 3 … Level 1 members automatically have access to all Level 1 courses .. and so on
No, currently this is not built in the Package.
If you want to have a membership site then you can simply disable the free memberships from WordPress and use any membership plugin, you just need to make sure the default member has the role of “student”.

I just bought it today. I have a conflict with plugins, with BuddyPress. It crash when it is instaled in the polugin folder. I have Wordpress 3.8 buddypress 1.9 bbpress.2.5.3 woocommerce 1.6.1
I also have the current WPLMS plugins: LayerSlider vibe-course-module vibe-customtypes vibe-shortcodes
If I remove Buddypress from plugin folder, Wordpress work well. But if I put the Buddypress in the plugin folder, my wordpress desktop is white, with not content at all! It just show a white page.
Can you guys help me? I’m happy to bought your plugin and would be great to have it working.

Yes. There are some major changes woocommerce 2.1 and in buddy press 1.9.2. . Since woocommerce itself is not backwards compatible its puts the same restrictions on WPLMS . Please upgrade your plugins to latest version.

Hi again. Thanks for your email support. You are right and the issue is in my server. The theme consume high memory, so we have to increase the memory in our server with a hthaccess. We have now your theme working and it is just great. Thanks!

Great. Do you have a list of all the changes. I love the site but I would say it is about 80% done with some of the things that need to be fixed. I don’t mind investing my own money into getting some things custom done but then I’m afraid once I upgrade it’s going to overwrite the custom changes.

We haven’t tested this, so can’t say for sure. We’re currently working on Instructor Commissions, which will be available from next update. These are generic plugins and would require extra customization to integrate in WPLMS.
I just really like the user being able to do front end submissions without having to go into the wp dashboard which scares some users
