About the mobile logo – you seems to have some custom css added and it’s possible you overwrote responsive css by not adding it in child theme or not adding it correctly. I tried to look in preview but I can’t find all the css lines. Please open a ticket http://support.wpestate.org/ give me your wp-admin access and tell me where you added the custom css to look at what you did and try to correct for mobile view to not be affected.

Thank you for the follow up. The theme doesn’t contain any IDX plugins. You can add dsIDXPress for example (this is third party, costs extra, has its own features and limitations when used with the theme). Admin can limit free submission to 0 listings and users would be forced to buy a paid membership to add listings. —> The search has 8 spots. If you need 9 spots, you would need to make code changes to add a new field. Unfortunately this is a complex change. You would need to work with a developer to make this code. We could not guide you without actually doing the code. We can give the files where current code exists, but you would still need the knowledge to make further changes.

Unfortunately I couldn’t guide you to make this code since we never did it. I could tell what theme files we have now for existing features. But please open a ticket in our private system for this answer support.wpestate.org and please give us a screenshot to where you wish to add a new field to be able to tell you the file location. You would still need to have technical knowledge about how to add this field in code.

If you can give me more details about this change (why would it help and how it should work) we can add this idea wishlist change for a future update.

Sorry for the delay. But the last comment came in after I left the office on Friday and we don’t work over weekend.

In my previous comment I could only assume it could have been a time posting cause, but if you say you have newer properties that work, than it’s not that.

This problem is for sure related to Facebook API because we have nothing in our code to prevent facebook from sharing your post details + image. We integrated the code as provided by Facebook and technically if it works on one property should work on all.

This discrepancy is odd, but there is only one logical process to go into this and I will tell you what I did this morning again.

I See what the facebook debugger says for properties that don’t share info and it says

After you click on that 2nd button – facebook finds the property info and when you do the share – the share has all the info it needs.

You’d need complex custom development to integrate such options. For sure you need to work with a developer to make such changes.

Agent page custom header google maps doesn’t apply because the map is made to show all the properties assigned to him automatically.

The header shows only the properties of the agent. And the map changes location based on those properties automatically.

If you wish to not use this feature (which many clients asked us to have), you can set a different header – theme slider, rev slider, image or none.

If you have read from file set to yes, you must update to version 1.11.2 to have this feature for this option turned on. Until 1.11.2 it was available only for read from file set to no.

Thank you for the nice comment and for buying the theme. Moving the slider from left to right or right to left doesn’t affect search results.

What affects search results is: wrong fields setup (correct is here – http://help.wpresidence.net/#!/advsearchfieldscustom) or perhaps some properties having wrong price.

The order is set in the shortcode (featured first, by publish date next).

In the shortcode you have filter options:

category id(s) action id(s) city id(s) area id(s)

You can specify properties in any combination with these filter options.

To see Ids easier – you can use Reveal Ids plugin and you’ll see the ids in the properties list page in wp-admin.

Thank you for the comment and for buying the theme.

The geolocation is independent from the theme (it takes data about your ip through browser). It’s possible the info on your current location IP is not updated in the browser/geolocation database and it returns an approximate location. Unfortunately it’s nothing we can do from theme side. It’s possible from another internet connection the reading is more accurate. You can try that.

Thank you for the comment. We thought about adding something similar to zoopla, but we could make just the tabs display differently. The rest of the search fields would have been the same for both tabs, as we only have 1 search, and we understood this is not required. Zoopla has 2 different searches and we can only have 1 (considering all the options available for this search in our theme).

If we find a solution for this, we will think about adding it. But right now this is not possible and I could not guarantee that we will add this in core.
