I understand it’s a good feature to have. We didn’t get the chance to study what this feature implies (coding wise) and if it can be added to the search as as we have developed it to date. So I couldn’t tell you if we could do this or not.It’s on the wishlist, but this wishlist is a very long list. So I don’t know when we will get to this one time wise either.

I noted you’re interested in this request. Every wish idea we receive – we also mark the number of times we get it. And that is part of the decision we make when decide on new features.

Thanks for your reply Anna. This would be a hugely beneficial addition to your theme, and no one else is doing it, so you’d be unique in that sense. It can’t be that difficult to add, or possibly even integrate with a plugin such as this: http://codecanyon.net/item/site-locator-map/7354406 ?

I don’t know this plugin at all. You can confirm with the plugin developer to be sure. But search related, I am not aware of any plugin being coded so that is seamlessly integrated with any theme functionality. Thank you, Anna

is is possible to generate pdf invoices ? If not, can you give me approximately the time for a wordpress developper to add this feature ?

—> We don’t have such an option in the theme. Our invoices are used for info purpose and include details about transactions made on the website. But we don’t do invoices as those you’d need for accounting purposes that you could also generate to pdf.

There are some plugins you can use for such situations, but never tested any. You can look online to see if you find one that works for you. In our theme we don’t have any way to collect personal info that should be used only in invoices and not be public to user view. For that you’d need a custom developer if it’s required.

If you need this, and you are ok with doing this as custom development, we can only recommend to see Envato Studio for a quote for this. http://studio.envato.com as we’re not taking custom work at the moment.

—> I know clients use WP ALL IMPORT for cvs import and these guys created a free extension for our theme.

—> No, I am afraid we don’t have such a separation. We work only with 1 user level that can be either simple user or user/agent.

Change 27 to the number you wish.

Thank you for the comment. We don’t use any specific security plugin so I can’t recommend you some plugin we use.

What I can recommend:use as less extra plugins as possible, and update them always, do backups regularly (hosting does this for us) always update wordpress.

Thank you for buying our theme. What I can tell you is that changing theme name is not part of license you buy on theme forest. While we can’t stop you from doing this, I could not advise how to change theme name because of this. Perhaps you can find online further documentation.

What I can tell you is that normally child themes look for parent theme so names are important. You’d have to edit both child and parent to make them work together.

Hi Annapx, I am still confused about calendar, I meant that would it be possible to change the whole calendar system to a local calendar? I mean some countries have their own calendar instead of western calendar, that is, instead of 10/06/2015, our calendar might be 09/04/1403 at the same day. Now is It possible to change the whole calendar system to our own local calendar system?

Changing date format needs code change. We could guide you to the files where current date format is, but it’s still code change. And as far as we noticed, a code change like this will not work in search anymore (wordpress behavior).

I cannot replicate this on our demos and never seen this before with any other client.

In such situations we advise the following test:

a. check your settings (just in case you’you use an option like show idx pins when you don’t have idx).

a. disable all plugins to see if this issue still exists

b. add a clean theme (with a different name) to see if issue replicates when you activate just the main theme.

—> You can rename the permalinks from listings to something else in code. —> We have some default fields related to real estate which you’d have to remove or adjust to your new field from code. —> Custom fields can be added (help – http://help.wpresidence.net/#!/customfields) but same fields are for all custom post type property. So you change to activities – but you have same custom fields for every activity.

- Agents can be the Owners Activities

—> Same as above, you can rename this via POEDIT + permalinks.

- Search with “Address” proximity (of activities)

—> I don’t understand what “proximity” does. But Address is something that works with google maps. You need that to still be address.

- Search advanced with custom fields

—> Ok. Please see what we support here http://help.wpresidence.net/#!/advsearchfields

- Search specific “Owner Activities” in specific page

—> We don’t have search by Agents. So you can do search by Owner activities.

- Possibility to use WP-API

—> Not sure what these does. I never used it.

—> Never tested these 2. Sorry. I can’t tell you if it works or not.

-> No, sorry. Our membership is just for publishing listings: x listings of which y featured for z period. Everyone has access to the same form for submission.

—> You have to change via FTP / in css/css-images

—> We used google maps autocomplete rules. If rules are different in France, we can tell you where rules are and you can try a different combination. I have not received any specific complaints about existing auto-complete rules. You can test on demo submission if you’re not sure.

- In you theme, every user can be agent ? because for me i have normal user who can check listing, add favorite, etc. and i have agent who can add listing, etc… when the choice/difference is made ?
