We don’t support batch request as you describe and I could not give any kind of guidelines to how to implement such an option or if it’s possible.

The theme itself doesn’t have a limit of users. It depends on your server and the content you provide to those users.

Thank you for buying the theme. This message happens if your server max upload limit is less than theme size.

First of all make sure you upload from themes just wpresidence.zip file (not entire theme pack downloaded from theme forest).

If the message still shows – please ask hosting to increase max upload size via hosting (with hosting support help or by modifying your php.ini). Add at least 15 MB to have enough for other plugins you may wish to add.

Thank you for the comment. I understand the situation. The street view check we use in admin enables street view for exact location (lat and long) set for each property.

Is it possible to pick for Google view nearest street?

—> I am afraid this is not possible with google maps. The street view can be for a fixed location, not approximate location.

Or add a “Yellow man” to the map? Many thanks in advance!

—> This I am not sure. You may be able to activate default google maps controls (zoom, street view) as they are in admin – edit property for example. And that would allow you to use street view manually, while you keep the default street view option unchecked so there is no default street view location.

Regarding: 502 bad gateway admin-ajax.php

I have never experienced this error with our themes or with any other client. I did some research and seems to be more of a conflict https://bitly.com/shorten/

We can look at the reports and see if we can figure from where this conflict is coming from, but we will need direct access to FTP to check theme install and them wp-admin access + exact steps to replicate this error.

Thank you for the comment. I noticed that warning as well and reported to Rev Slider. We will wait for a plugin update to solve this as it’s not something we can control unfortunately. As you see as well, the path of the warning is in rev slider plugin which we include as it’s offered. We don’t do any code changes to it.

But, if it helps, this warning shows only on activation. It disappears on refresh. And warning are not messages that can affect functionality. They are just notices that should be foxed.

If an superadmin changes anything and wants his all registered user should know about that change? How should he do this in this template? Is there anyway where mails can be send to the registered user if the super admin makes changes in the website. By change i mean new feature for the registered user, registration fee change, greetings etc.

—> We don’t have any feature that could automatically send to users a notification about what change was made by admin.

—> I am not aware of any plugin to do this automatically.

—> You may be able to add a newsletter plugin where users register to receive updates about your website and use that. I don’t have a specific plugin to recommend, but I am pretty sure you can use one. And you can create and send newsletters only to users who OPT IN to receive these messages. It’s import users agree to receive notifications and have the option to unsubscribe from such notifications. This is important so that they don’t mark your emails as spam which could lead to your server OP being on blacklists from email providers who can also block your emails in the future for their email clients.

Thank you for the comment. Best would be to remove with CSS as there is the Google Maps script which asks these dropdowns when using PIN ADDRESS TO MAP button. Hiding them helps you remove from view, but not affect this button.

As said in the forum it’s possible you will need to re-arrange the fields in the submit form so they align nicely.

I select – Jersey City (city) – I add nothing in keyword. I click Search. And I get results. So I can’t replicate your issue.

Please show me a screenshot with how you set the search fields. Maybe it’s a setup issue.

Hi Anna,

After deactivating all plugins and trying to activate the plugin one by one again, I found out that it happens because of blog manager plugin. So I deactivated it, and then the search works as in the demo.

Within your theme, is there a way I can classify the blog page based on specific parameter, such as property news, property law, etc?

Thank you for the follow up. I was not aware that this plugin could create such a conflict, but it’s good to know for the future.

In our theme we let these 2 standard options to be available for each blog post – categories and tags. You can use either or both to organize your blog post.

About pins on mobile, at client request we added retina pins support as well. Help – http://help.wpresidence.net/#!/retina

You need to add the retina version of your pin with name apartamentos_2x.png in wp-content/uploads/2015/10

You can try to add from media – add image.

It’s important this is in the same month as web version. But I looked in console and this is the correct folder: wp-content/uploads/2015/10

So just go to media – add new and add retina version of your pin which is named apartamentos.png.

The name should be apartamentos_2x.png and image should be retina format (which is double size).

In theme pack we have also the retina versions of demo pins. Those can be edited as well in a vector editor, like Fireworks, I see you colored your pin with something custom so I assume you know how to do the same for the retina version pin. Change and save with the name above. Upload in Media – Add New. And should be solved.

For the RTL mobile I believe you need the rtl css version. I don’t know what multi language you use. I have a rtl.css that I have been working on with assistance from clients for rtl/ltr websites. Please open a ticket for this and I can add the rtl version via FTP for you.

If i use a vertical image (400×800px) i get a slide with the image cropped. I mean how to get (i.e.) a resized image that fit the height of the slider and fill lest and right side of the resized image with white space. In other words, i’m searching a way to show horizontal and vertical images at the same time…

I understand you’d like to fill in the slider with image (no matter if they are horizontal or vertical).

If you wish make all images fit slider, you must sacrifice image quality somehow.

a. Set a resize rule so that images are cropped to your desired size and you must follow wordpress resize rules.They are explained in the topic above.

b. Stretch all images to have fixed width/height as the player. This is with css.

You may need a combination of a + b to always fill in the player with horizontal and vertical images.

If you need help with this, please open a ticket in our client support system. Rules must be changed based on your images and based on wordpress logic.

How it works: you add the images and the resize rule creates a new image based on general-settings.php rules

We already have set the option to crop image, but wordpress doesn’t crop images unless you have images with height or width smaller than resize rules height and width.

Example:

Add an image with 380×570 format Resize rule is add_image_size(‘listing_full_slider’ , 835, 467, true);

The existing resize rule will crop image to fit slider based on 835*467 proportions and image will be cropped like this http://i.imgur.com/rr94NxS.png

I understand it’s a good feature to have. We didn’t get the chance to study what this feature implies (coding wise) and if it can be added to the search as as we have developed it to date. So I couldn’t tell you if we could do this or not.It’s on the wishlist, but this wishlist is a very long list. So I don’t know when we will get to this one time wise either.

I noted you’re interested in this request. Every wish idea we receive – we also mark the number of times we get it. And that is part of the decision we make when decide on new features.
