1. Apologies , there isn’t an option to make the footer transparent in a way that it will appear over the Slider in the page. If you want the footer to be seen along with the slider in your home page, you can Offset the footer’s Height in the Masterslider’s setting by adding the height of the Footer as ’ Fullscreen margin’ .

2. I am not sure if this option is available in the Master Slider settings. However you can refer the plugin’s documentation here – masterslider.com/doc/wp/

3. The option to turn on auto play can be found in the Master Slider’s General Settings tab.

4. You can add the Image as the Background to the Page Builder’s Section. The Section Settings Icon can be found at the Top of the Page Builder Section. Click on it and you can find the option to add a BG image.

I am glad the other plugin works out for you. We have had one similar issue with the Page Builder content not getting moved to the ‘other’ language pages. On further investigation, we found that users have been trying to create the other language page by clicking the ‘Translate +’ button on the page side panel. This did not pull the Page Builder content which i guess is due to the ajax loading that does not bring the meta options. Alternatively, they could use the ‘Duplicate’ option right there to create the other language page. This option does bring the Page Builder content in the corresponding pages.

Please check if there is an option Similar to the Duplicate Option in WPML that you can use to create the other language pages along with Page Builder content.

Hi, there’s no such button as “translate+” or “duplicate” on the page side panel for this plugin, so there isn’t much I can do… I thought about having different pages and posts for the second language, but the problem is that I wouldn’t have two different menus, which doesn’t work for me.

I thinking that maybe the only way to have two languages without buying the WPML will be installing the theme in a different folder and having two separates sites, one for each language, which will be very complicated because I’ll need to upload everything twice, but, If if comes to this, I wonder if I’ll be able to install the theme on a different folder on my server using the same purchase number? please let me know how your thoughts on this.

As per the licensing terms in Envato, the regular license can be used only in one end product/website/domain. If you are planning to host the site for other language in another domain, you might have to purchase another license. To get more details about this, you should be contacting Envato directly, as they will have more precise details about licensing.

You can use the Page Template called ‘Page with Title’ to get the Title and Breadcrumbs while being able to use the Page Builder. The option choose Page Template can be found in the right bottom corner of the page.

Can you check if you have the latest version of the theme which is OSHINE 4.0 . If the issue persists even with the latest version, please use the CSS code below to have the color set. I will look into the issue and patch the fix in the code in our upcoming updates.

1. This looks like a permalink issue. Kindly go to SETTINGS -> PERMALINKS in your backend and set the permalinks to default style. Save the settings and then subsequently set it to POST NAME and save the settings again. This will refresh your htaccess file and will resolve any permalinks issue.? If the issue persists, please give me a link to this page, so i can check it.

2. If you don’t receive emails, then it is likely that your hosting provider has blocked the default php mail() function which is used by the contact form in the theme. In this case, try configuring the contact form 7plugin to send mails using SMTP. The following article will be useful -

I would recommend you to try using the contact form 7 plugin (free) to create your form. The plugin will provide a shortcode for the form, which you simply need to paste in a PLUGIN SHORTCODES module of the page builder.

3. Regarding the Masterslider on Home Page, the text on the slider is placed very close to one other, and this is why they seem to overlap on mobile devices. You can try and re-layout the text layers on the slider and space them out, you can make it look better. That said, the styling aspects of the text on the slider are controlled by the plugin’s code and cannot be modified in the theme.

4. You can modify the URL linked to the Grid Icon in the Options Panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > PORTFOLIO SETTINGS.

5. Can you check the size of the image. Ensure that the size of the image is not more than 400kb. You can use tools like iResize to optimize your images.

I see another thread that you have opened with some questions. Can you please tell me if those questions need to be addressed or if you have consolidated all your out standing queries here?

I got the email to work. I also am in the process of changing the file sizes of pictures.

I have one question. I do not understand the master slider. The fonts on every page/picture of the slider are the same size when I edit them in the text box. when I preview it I always get different size texts. theres no way of controlling the master slider. I also hate that theres an option for layer content where I am limited in my font sizes and formats. and then I can go to the style tab and change stuff from there. All in all extremely confusing

Apologies about the difficulty you are having with setting up the slides in master slider. You can refer to their documentation here – http://masterslider.com/doc/wp/ just to ensure that you are not missing any of the settings. Also, make sure that you have the ‘Snapping’ option turned ON. This option is a switch that can be found at the top of the slide’s settings. Let me know if you want me to look into your slider’s settings.

It is most likely because the HTML code that you have has had some error in it which has disrupted the builder. Please have your URL, wp-admin id and password sent via the private message form in the Support Tab. I will check if this can be rectified by correcting the code using the browser tools, if not you might have to re-create the page once again.

You can use the custom CSS code to adjust the height of the header in mobile devices.

You need to paste the code in the custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS. You have ensure that the Options Panel caching is not turned on under the same panel.

Unfortunately I tried pasting this into the Custom CSS and it doesn’t seem to work.

The top-header section is longer but the button and the menu itself is still covering the logo.

Is there a way to make the button and condensed menu NOT float over the logo?

We have designed most of our pages / layouts with the BE Page Builder that is included in the theme, and hence the PSDs for the pages are not included. Let me know if you need further clarifications.

Kindly use the BE IMAGE SLIDER module that has the auto slide functionality. Its just a simple image carousel. Its different from the BE Slider module, but does not support text layers. You can also use the Master Slider / Revolution slider plugins included with the theme.

Although there isn’t an in built option to get the Gallery module working in the Tabs, You can try adding this code to the CUSTOM JAVASCRIPT section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS to get it working. This is not a very optimized solution, and it just a hack to get this feature working. We will try to build in a better solution in our upcoming updates.

The page is blank, because by default the Page Builder will be enabled, but the shortcode is placed in the Default Content editor. You can -

1. either ‘Disable Page Builder’ in this page by checking the option and clicking on Save Page Builder (or)

2. Add the shortcode in the Plugin Shortcodes module in the Page Builder.

You can use the CSS code below to hide the sidebar from Single Posts Page in Mobile Devices -

To get the Portfolio Module to work in the Floating Sidebar in Mobile devices, seems to require some amount of java script customization and is not straight forward. Since this was not an intended use case, we require some time to check this and get back to you with a possible fix. Appreciate your patience.
