This theme looks amazing. You did an incredible job and I’m super in love with your cover boxes element.
I want to buy it for a candle shop I own, and I have one question. My candles come in many shapes, colours and sizes. Do you have an option in the shop area to add multiple sizes to the same product, and the price to change accordingly?

Yes of course. Those are called Variable products, it’s the default feature of woocommerce.
For each variant of the product there will be a dropdown with the options on single product page (for example size), and once you choose some specific size, the price changes for it.

No need for any additional help – for the portfolio list element , you can choose hover animation type to be Grayscale http://screencast.com/t/7JXJUXbucbcn
that way all the items in portfolio list will initially be black&white, and when you hover over them the images will be full color.

I can’t seem to get this right. I need to display all my testimonials on the page at once. There are too many to have the carousel/slider option. I tried the Masonry Testimonials Option via VC but it doesn’t show anything on the page – is there a tutorial on how to use the Testimonials Masonry Option? Or can you please tell me how to show all my testimonials at once.

In order to display them all, you should use Masonry Testimonials element from Visual Composer.
It’s just necessary that you have at least 8 testimonials created in order for this element to work properly.

LOVE THE THEME – 3 Questions:
1. Logo in tablet bleeds into the menu, where can I command the logo to shrink more for tablets?
2. Logo on mobile does not work for me, it changes the URL, but does not redirect the page.
3. I’ve moved the site from my server to my client’s server, and many of the images did not show up, I was forced to reload. Any idea why? My media library has many blank thumbnails.

1. In Qode Options -> Logo, you can define logo height for mobile header and mobile devices, so set it to some smaller value http://screencast.com/t/ZleKTMuJ
And for tablets in landscape, add this css in Qode Options -> General -> Custom CSS field:

?Hi, I am having trouble with a page on my website. I am using the WP Store Locator plugin and contacted their developer. He explained that because the theme loads with Ajax, it is causing a problem. He said there might be a way to disable the ajax loading on that particular page.

The JS script from the store locator expects a signal back from that browser that the page has finished loading before rendering the map, but if AJAX is used that signal is never sent because a page reload ( which does happen when you go to the page directly ) never happened.
So the only fix is to disable the AJAX loading of the request pages. Your theme should have an option for this somewhere.? ///
I can navigate directly to that page if I put the exact URL in – http://simplebynature.net/store-locator. But if I go from say the homepage to the Store Locator page, that is when the problem occurs. Yes, you can disable Ajax transitions either for your entire site, or only for some pages.
In Qode Options -> General -> Page Transition you can disable page transitions for your entire site.
If you want it only for some pages, go to Pages -> some specific page, scroll down to Qode General panel, and set Page Transition to NO ANIMATION . That will disable the transitions for that page only.

I’m really frustrated with this theme. I have had nothing but issues. I admit I am a WP newbie but this is extremely frustrating.
LayerSlider will not update, no matter what I do, ever since the WP update; I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail….
I also have not yet successfully been able to import a demo where all the files, content and media will import with Qode Import. – generally the import progress bar just sits at zero. I spent the money on this theme because of the demos and I can’t get them to import properly…I’ve tried various demos to import and it seems to be the same thing.

Hello i would like to buy it. But first i have to ask for something that i really need to be here.
What i need is a Home Page Slider full screen (menu not hidden please – i need top menu like the demos). So then Home Page Full Screen Slider and nothing more in my HOME. ¿Is that possible? I don’t need the one page layout style for home, i just need a big slider to show awesome photos.

Please make sure you have the latest Bridge 9.1.3 version, latest Visual Composer 4.11.2.1 that we included into it, WordPress 4.5 or 4.5.1, and clear browser cache.
Then it should be all fine.
The white screen refers that your memory_limit has been exhausted, or some plugin could be the cause.
Try increasing your memory_limit, most likely that’s the cause of the issue.

I tried to increase the memory, but it didn’t work. I still had a white screen.
When I had originally followed the instructions to copy-and-paste the contents of the (new) Bridge folder over to the server, there was a few issues. Some items would copy. I was using Cyberduck.
It was also difficult to get the plugins to re-install.
However, I re-copied everything using Filezilla. Everything copied very smoothly. the plugins updated easily and now my website is back!

Hi, after a page is loaded it scrolls down just some pixels. Transition animation is off. I don`t want it to do this short movement, just load it simple and static. I also tried to turn of smooth scrolling but it doesnt change anything. Only if I activate loading animation it wont move it, but I also don`t want loading animations… greetings

We don’t have exact list of modified files within each update.
We recommend using child theme for saving modified templates upon theme updates.
We’ve provided you with child theme in theme package you can download from themeforest, and you just need to copy modified templates into child theme folders, keeping the same name and path like in the main theme.

then you can safely update your main theme.

Latest version of Bridge 9.1.3, that includes Visual Composer 4.11.2.1, is stable with WP 4.5+ and would solve your issue.

Hello – I’m still trying to figure out why you have the option to display two titles on blog posts, and why there is no option to easily turn off the 2nd one.
I see that it can be hidden using CSS:
body.single-post .post_text_inner > h2:first-of-type { display:none; }
...but that also hides the date. Is there a way to hide the bottom title without hiding the date as well?
Also, is there a way to change the date format in the blog posts from 03 MAY to MAY 3, 2016?

Visual composer is still breaking the site whenever there’s a Wordpress update – why hasn’t this been fixed yet? It’s the same problem as the update to Wordpress 4.5 and means I can’t update my site until I replace the jquery? folder with the version from Wordpess 4.4.2 – it’s ridiculous! I don’t see why I have to purchase another six months support when the fault is with the Bridge theme. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS!

Please make sure that you’ve updated to the latest released Bridge version 9.1.3, and updated Visual Composer to the latest version we included 4.11.2.1, and also, make sure to clear all the cache after the updates,
Then it should be all perfectly fine, it’s tested and stable with WP 4.5+

I have the latest version of everything installed and have cleared the cache and everything was working fine until Wordpress 4.5.1 installed. After that visual composer only shows the first few entries of each page and post and makes any updates impossible. The ONLY way to stop this and enable me to update or add to the site is by replacing the jquery folder with the version from Wordpress 4.2.2
My mistake! I re-installed everything and I had VC version 4.11.2 not 4.11.2.1 installed. Thanks for your help.

If the import process was properly done – you should have got totally the same looking site like our demo.
Try going to Appearance -> Menus, delete all your menus, and import the demo content once again.
But the best would be to allow WP admin access for our support team on ticksy so they can see this closer and help with proper demo importing.
By support policy of Envato (Themeforest), when you purchase some theme you get 6 months of support included, after which you need to extend your support in order for more help on ticksy system.

I am using Image with Text Over on a site. I have used the button shortcode when you hover over the image. It works fine on desktop but on responsive view the button doesn’t appear on hover and nothing is clickable. Can this be fixed at all?

I’m having an issue with the qode slider however. I have uploaded a video background for the slider and in desktop mode everything works exactly as I want it to.
However when I shorten my browser window/go to tablet/phone mode there is a white bar of space either bellow or inside the slider that appears as such:

Note first that when you manually re-size browser window to test , you need to refresh/reload the page, because the slider script is doing height calculations on page load.
Also note, if you’re using Parallax effect for your Qode Sider, you should disable it for touch devices in Qode Options -> Qode Slider, since not all touch devices are supporting it. When disabled, regulat static image will be shown.
