Hi, with WordPress 4.5.1 and BridgeVersion: 9.1.3 the Visual Composer 4.8 does not work! What is the solution? Please help me.

You need to update Visual Composer to 4.11.2.1 version, that’s included into Bridge 9.1.3
Here are the update instructions:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps
2. Go to Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard, locate Visual Composer in the list, deactivate it and delete it
3. You will see message that required plugin is missing at the top of your WordPress Dashboard
4. Install the plugin and then activate it
and clear cache after update, it should be all fine then.

Since we bought an extended licence for Visual Composer, we can’t give you purchase code of this plugin because of policy and terms of Theme Forest. We will always provide latest plugin version in theme updates.

After the latest upgrade, you have problems with various demo content imports. For instance, Funitures78 will be missing the logo content and this the page won’t be displayed correctly. Please have this and other themes fixes. It’s very annoying as a customer.

I was wondering if there is any possible way of getting the purchase code for my clients Bridge Theme that was purchased for her by an old developer. We want to upgrade the theme but have no access to the Envato marketplace login that was used or a purchase code. It’s a real bummer. 2. When it comes to Icon With text element, Title is not link by default. We’ve created an option to add link separately to this element, and icon can be linked as well.
3. Animated Icons with text is different shortcode, that does not offer links, unlike regular Icon With text element.

Actually after checking my VC has not updated in a while. I am still on VC 4.3.5 with no prompts to update. Can you send me the update??

Since you have the latest Bridge 9.1.3 (check it once again) – you can then immediately update VC to 4.11.2.1
There are two ways:
a)directly from your WP admin:
1. Please make sure main theme is activated while performing other steps

4. Install the plugin and then activate it
b) manually:
If you want to do manual upgrade, you can locate Visual Composer plugin here: bridge.zip > bridge > plugins > js_composer.zip

I tried the first way and a message did not popup on the dashboard so i went ahead and manually updated it. After purging my cache everything is back to normal! Thank you for your help!

To which element you’re interested in? It might be some element your current theme author created, in that case we can’t add it into our theme. If it’s some of the default Visual Composer’s element, it can be re-enabled yes.
Note that we have included plenty of our own very powerful element into our Bridge theme, that we created uniquely for it.

Try just to upload your own logos first in Qode Options -> Logo , in all fields, instead of our default ones. It should resolve this.

this theme is pure garbage, but looks pretty at first, be prepared for countless conflicts with other functions, outdated woocommerce templates, nothing ever working correctly and this has to be the slowest most bloated template ive ever seen in my 15 years of working with wordpress templates and building them myself… Themeforest templates used to be good, now theyre just all bloated with too many features that slow down the site. A pure nightmare trying to debug because of all the hooks and includes its like trying to find a needle in haystack. I think its easier to find the needle than debugging this crap… Buid your own template and dont waste your time.. after about 300 hours of this shit, because of using it on a clients site, i will never ever use this again or any other themeforest template for that matter… Why world, why??

I’m using Urban Studio theme. The menu navigation font is too large for tablet (in landscape), how can I change it? How can I also shrink the logo slightly for Tablet landscape. Thank you.
