Ok so after several different tries I got it to finally work. I disabled all plugins and reactivated them one by one and the biggest culprit ended up being the “Templatera” plugin ( it cannot stay activated now) which is weird. I really think it is a bug. Wether it’s Wordpress or the template I don’t know but once you activate the wrong one VC disappears. But you can’t just deactivate the plugin… you have to start all over by deactivating all plugins that aren’t necessary for the template and start reactivating again. I noticed that the following plugins had “bug like issues”as well… I hope this helps others with this issue.

This is happening because excerpt for blog list can’t read shortcodes and because of that we implemented Excerpt field for each blog single. You just need to go in your back-end Posts > Each post > And below text editor or visual composer, you can find Excerpt field, just add here what ever you want to display as a preview- excerpt for that post on blog list. (it will be visible only in blog lists, not in single post pages)

If you don’t have this section, then just go to top right corner -> Screen Options -> And enable excerpt

Just make sure please that you have connected first to your accound in Qode Options -> Social.

Do you get these? That means you’re connected, and when you fill those in and save, the photos should appear in your footer/chosen widget area on site.

1. If you’re referring to this demo http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge91/ , at the bottom of it, we’ve used Qode Image Gallery element from Visual Composer. You can add it anywhere with VC yes, you just need to enable Visual Composer for posts and portfolios.

2. Yes. For each post you can enable/disable title background image (full width image in header), and you can enable Visual Composer for posts content, so you can create the content for your posts using all the available elements.shortcodes.

3. Yes of course, it’s a portfolio list element , that you can add on any page.

Yes, this is caused by the WordPress update you’ve done, without updating your theme and Visual Composer. You currently have very old versions of both, that are incompatible with new WP.

By default, all the input fields on this page have white background.

There’s no direct option for changing this, you need to write some custom css for it, like you did.

For country dropdown, you can try with this css

just set the color you want.

When it comes to four columns for these elements, although there’s not an option by default, that can be achieved with some css, not a problem. Think I have found another bug. I have added Woo Product Categories and specified 4 columns, but when viewed it places them in 2 columns.

For the bugs related to category slug in Product List Elegant/Masonry, we have informed our devs, so it should be for the first next update hopefully.
