Im looking into buying another license for this theme for another site, but I have a question. My website is setup in 2 languages, so I have domain.com and language.domain.com.
Can the same theme license be used on both languages, or would I need 2 licenses?

Random question, has the mobile responsiveness in the master slider changed at all? It seems to be displaying differently across all of the demos.

No the settings have not changed in the master slider. We have tested the sliders in the demos and they seem to functioning as expected. Kindly send screenshots of any discrepancy and the device details so we can re check at our end.

The buttons are so small you can’t even read the text inside of them.
All of the demos are like this as well.
As someone who has used this theme over 50 times in the last year, I am almost positive this is new. I could be completely incorrect though.

Hi Michael,
Yes I notice that the Buttons width is getting changed that does not match the padding value that is set during the resize. Unfortunately, the styling is handled by the plugin and there isn’t an option to override this in the theme, and there does not seem to be an option in the Slider’s settings as well. We will check further, and if there are some options, we will update the sample sliders accordingly.

I checked your site and you are actually using screen to sections feature, where each section occupies the entire height of the screen. Given that the screen real estate available in a small laptop is less, I would recommend you to change the header menu layout. The bottom menu style isn’t really a good option, when you are using transparent headers and especially in a full screen section, where the header itself occupies a lot of the screen’s height.

Kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT SETTINGS panel and there you can find the setting named “Number of Columns in Footer Widget Area” to choose between a 3 or 4 column layout.

Thanks for your interest in purchasing our theme. Yes it is certainly possible to turn on the category filter in the Title Below Thumbnail style. It is just a simple dropdown option in the backend and we had just turned it off in some of the demo pages, just to showcase that it can be turned off. You can turn it on in any of the portfolio grid styles. Looking forward to having you as our customer.

Checking your site, I only see the behance and dribbble icons in the header and not the twitter icon. To change these header icons, kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> TOP HEADER SETTINGS -> HEADER WIDGETS and edit the icon shortcode in the CODE CONTENTS module. Edit the icon shortcode and change the name attribute to “icon-instagram” and enter the link to your profile page in the “href” attribute.
If incase you are referring to the twitter icon in your portfolio pages, please note that this is a social sharing button and cannot be changed.

To get the slider in the page, firstly, ensure that you have imported the sample Slider that is shipped along with the theme package as per the instructions in this section of the article – http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/import-demo-content/#masterslider . Once you have imported the Sample Slider, you need to copy the Slider’s Shortcode (https://cl.ly/0u0k3u193a3o) and paste in the the Header Hero Section option in the respective page (https://cl.ly/352n0X2a3Y2t).
If the issue persists, kindly email your URL, wp-admin id and password via the Private message form in the support tab so we can assist further.

Swami in the package you download from OSHIN there is no (Home V4.zip) demo I need only have the zip V14, V16, V17, V22 and V27, without the demo Home V4.zip can not do anything. I send the information requested by private message

The slider in v4 demo is created using the Master Slider plugin and I think you are referring to the Slider Revolution Samples. Under SAMPLE CONTENT -> SLIDER CONTENT -> MASTER SLIDER, you should be able to find v4.json, which you need to import under the masterslider panel. By the way I just noticed that Sanjeev is assisting you with your queries in the support forum. Thanks for sharing the access to your site. He will assist you in importing the demo completely. He should be able to do so first thing tomorrow morning ( 12 hrs ).

Hi there,
I’m using the theme, and I have a couple of different Custom Post Types.
I was wondering if there is a way to use the Blog Module (or the Recent – Blog Posts) to bring those Custom post types in the feed. They seem to only bring the default posts from Wordpress.

Apologies this is not possible. The recent posts module is coded to fetch only the blog posts. However I would recommend searching for plugins in the wordpress repository that would serve this purpose. A quick google search led me to this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/recent-posts-widget-extended/

Are you referring to features in the theme or in the wordpress core. If its options panel, then could you please check ensure that the options panel cache is turned off ( Oshine Options -> General Settings ). Turning it on will cache the settings, preventing your changes from taking effect. If this doesn’t solve your issue, kindly share your wordpress admin url, ID and password via the form in this link https://themeforest.net/item/oshine-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/9545812/support and send us screenshots of the settings that your referring to ( ones that are not taking effect ) and we will look into the issue.

I downloaded Oshine and am really hoping for the V2 demo version. It is not an option for me to download “primary” content. I only have V1- V16 or whatever it goes up to. Is this normal? All that I can get to show up on the demo site I downloaded is the bottom toolbar with categories and posts. Nothing at all shows up above that.

Hello, I have a problem when creating multilingual page. When using pages it is fine, however when I am using portfolio and copying the content by using WPML I got a problem. The portfolio page does not display any content made in Pagebuilder in the other langue variation. Any suggestion?

I would have to investigate your backend to see what may be going wrong ? Are you duplicating the portfolio item ? Duplicating would definitely copy the content of the page builder as well and no else has reported having problem. Hey guys,
You see on this demo page here (http://oshine.wpengine.com/v9/portfolio/) how the portfolios are filtered with the buttons? I’m hoping to achieve a similar sort of setup for my contact page. I’d like to have my store location names for buttons, and then have individual store information switching in and out on click of the buttons. Which will basically just be text and a google map. Is there any way I can achieve a set up similar to this with oshine? With some sort of Horizontal accordian maybe? Hope that makes sense.
Also while I’m here – on that same page – how do I get the slider image to have that moving effect as I scroll up and down the page?

Hi Wade,
The Portfolio Module has an inbuilt option to add Filters based on their Category. You can try using the Tabs Module in the theme, and add the Text and Google Maps code with the individual Tab within it. Here is a sample of the Tabs module in the theme – http://oshine.wpengine.com/tabs/

I am guessing you are referring to the parallax effect. Kindly edit the SECTION ( one with the black bar ) in the page builder and enable “Parallax” effect on the background image.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing the theme. Apologies, but there isn’t an option to have different logos on the various pages of the site. However, we have option to upload 3 types of logos to suit the Header Style in the page -
1. Default Logo – where the header has a solid BG – Ex – http://oshine.wpengine.com/services/
2. Light Scheme Logo – where the header is transparent and the logo and menu should be light to suit the BG image – Ex – http://oshine.wpengine.com/home-3/
3. Dark Scheme Logo – where the header is transparent and the logo and menu should be dark to suit the BG image – Ex – http://oshine.wpengine.com/about-us/
You might notice that we are using a differently Coloured logo for Light and Dark scheme pages. If you are willing to use different Header Style in your About and Home page, then you can use these options to upload a different logo for these pages. Let me know if you need further explanation.

Yes you can have a normal menu with V7 layout. The settings is present in the options panel under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS > Menu and Submenu Style . In this panel, set the Special Menu Type to NONE.

Hey thanks, work perfectly, but I have a second problem, once applied this menu on “Home-Full screen Image-v7” I have the text of the menu is too dark by contribution to the theme (on the other pages it is good) in the HEADER SETTINGS > Logo and Navigation Color Scheme on page I turned the button on LIGHT but nothing change, I made the color settings , but nothing changes , I had some wrong.
