Sorry this is not an option, Uncode focus on speed first, preloader looks a bit out of date and are used to hide layout artefacts during the page loading (these artefact not happen in Uncode). Hi Could you please help me, I’m struggling with the one scroll page menu system. (parallax) I’m using creative artist page as a reference. I would like to do a custom menu. I followed the steps to create the menu. The menu is create and displayed. on the page. Done. Now I would like to link the pages section to this menu. I created custom link url (#customlink) and link text name. (customlink)
I’m not able to find the option in extra with the slug reference. I have totally different options. I’m not able to find the option where to rename the row I created neither. I have checked the options following uncode documentation. Am I doing things wrong?

For masonry style page with about 120 pictures, what method do i use?
i did: New site > load “media gallery” module by visual composer
This gives me no control for rearanging pictures, sometimes i can do, most times the module does not load. it is very slow loading on the website, no server problem.

Support team replies tickets in order received (and in Europe is also late night), they’ll back to you as soon our offices reopen. Lazy load is not an option for Media Gallery sorry. This is an option of the Posts module, we are one of the most flexible themes but in the limits of what we show in the demos. Anyway let’s check on the Help Center what the possible problem (probably related to the huge numbers of images).

I wanted to ask if current version (1.4.2), supports php 7.1.3. I am asking because pagination seems to be broken with that particular version. Query param to the second page looks like this ”?%”. What is more strange, when I click on that broken link, collection remains on first page (despite loading animation). And then query params to 2nd page looks like this: ”?%&upage=2” and actually works. Any ideas?

Pagination works pretty well on 5.6.30-fpm. Only on version listed above, there is problem. I can use them interchangeably, since I host it all on Docker.
Second question, your demo at https://undsgn.com/uncode/category/lifestyle/page/2/ use other format of pagination. Is it possible to use ”/page/2” format instead of ”?upage=2”, as it has better indexing scoring?

Yes, i’ve already solve that – the checkbox “Remove Menu Content Padding” was not set to “ON”. It’s working now, thank you and sorry for the support ticket, just close it

There is not a promise with our customers about possible update timing… there are top sellers theme that update just 2 or 1 time year while other update frequently trying to get more sales. In the last months we focus most on team building (we think it’s really important) and so we are a bit in delay on our schedule. Anyway don’t worry we are quite ready with the new update. Soooooo…. I would like to create a slider with buttons on it; however, i am faced with another problem with this theme. I apparently need to activate slider revolution. How am i supposed to do this when i have been supplied with no activation code? (It says its not activated) Also says i don’t have the premium version…
Hi mharr175! Please note that none of the Uncode demos uses the Slider Revolution, all the demos are based on the native Content Block slider. Hi, the plugins are saying that I don’t have the authorization to install. I’m on a test site. I cannot move forward until I have the essential plugins installed and activated (obviously). Thanks. Was hoping to work on the weekend. Do you not have support on weekends?
Hi andreazehnder! What you mean that plugins says that you have not authorization to install? What is the exact message? Anyway you can install plugins via the traditional WordPress procedure. Please unzip the uncode.zip, you find the plugins inside the folder “uncode/core/plugins_activation/plugins/...”. Simply upload them via the normal WordPress plugin installation screen. Finally got the theme working thank you! However, I am having trouble making the pages. I spent hours researching trying to find how to edit the header text. None of the online videos show how too. Are we not able to edit the custom demo headers that we insert with a content block?
Ok i just discovered i do not have visual composer for content blocks. It just shows text/code. How do i get visual composer to work with content blocks tab?

As someone reported 11 months ago, adding TypeKit fonts does not seem to work. Added all the required API’s, selected my source fonts – they show up in the fonts section of the options but not for use anywhere else on the website. Would appreciate it if you could check this ASAP.

What is our demo with this problem? Sorry but this is the first time some users report something similar and this seems pretty odd even if I see this happen on your video (in the code there is nothing that can create lines over a video). It’s already been reported in support – i posted here because you replied asking where exactly on “your” demo you can find it.
Also the fact it has never been reported before does not mean the problem does not exist. It is also nothing to do with tabs. I’m running a maxed out Mac Pro with 128gb of RAM, same thing occurs even on a fresh re-boot with no tabs. So the problem exists.
I don’t say that you don’t have this issue (I see this on your video), just that after 19.000+ sales no other users reported this before and we are really not able to replicate (I’m going to send you another video).
So is that to say you don’t intend on actually investigating and providing a fix? Because if that’s the case, that is awful.
Same thing occurs on two Macs at our office, ONLY in the chrome browser

An issue should be replicable in all computers, when an issue is replicable we’ll take care to fix. Please check if this is related to same browser extensions. At least I can only think some lag with the monitors your are using.

I get the feeling you really aren’t going to attempt to even address this. Offered you a direct connection, not taken up.
This isn’t some old computer in some back room somewhere. There is one £10,000 computer. Another which is a 27” Retina iMac, brand new in January 2017. Same issue on a 12” Retina Macbook from 2015.
Sorry why you over post here and there? You are saying the same things both in support both here, I’m reading you. I have also show that this not happen on my side, you can also search here on the messages wall that no other users report something similar. I think that if Uncode headers created odd lines all users should have reported.
Because you are replying and asking questions on both places.
I’ll put through a refund request then if you’ve got no intention to even look into it. “Nobody else is reporting it so the issue doesn’t exist”, is essentially what you are saying.
That’s not the words of an author who will look into issues and support their users.

Yep, that’s exactly what i’ll do, since you have no intention of investigating the problem.
A gorgeous theme let down by an author who won’t support a user who is reporting a problem that can be demonstrated on multiple machines, with an excuse of “we have sold 27k copies, nobody else reported it, so it doesn’t exist”.

With respect, no I do not understand. I’ve bought over 200 odd themes. Some themes have issues. Some themes have issues that the developers cannot replicate, until they do a TeamViewer session. It’s happened several times before.
The one thing all those devs had in common? They didn’t assume a problem doesn’t exist just because a mass of users aren’t reporting it. They looked into it, they fixed those issues – with our help.
