Is it easy to make the theme RTL?

Hello! My client bought this theme and I am using it to develop their website. Everything seems to be working great, but I can not figure out how to adjust the portfolio item page layout. By default, it shows the big image, and text description underneath. I need to have this text area moved to the right of the main image (above the social sharing icons).
I am sure this is possible. Please let m know your thoughts on how to accomplish this so I can wrap up this project.

There is not a way in the theme to turn off responsiveness, so this would definitely require some custom development.

Can I install on more than one site?
You would need to purchase an additional license. Each license can be used on one production site.
Could i put big social icons above the footer as a new block?

This would require some template modifications as it isn’t available out the box. X does have built in Social Icons, but they display in the footer/header by default”.
I purchased it yesterday and so far I’m equally impressed and very irritated by cornerstone.
Whether I create a new page or load a demo, columns are showing up as rows, even the sidebar is loading below the content.

Looks like you have Cloudflare enabled for your site, please make sure you have Cloudflare’s auto minification feature disabled.
X and Cornerstone already serve minified files and having the feature enabled on Cloudflare breaks all styling and javascript.

The new support system is not working at all. I’ve had multiple emails to support where support has asked an additional question. I reply to that email with the question and I never hear back. This has happened on 5 separate occasions. I’ve opened new tickets about the original ticket also with NO RESPONSE. My first experience with this took 8 days to resolve. I’m still waiting for a response to a ticket I replied to from the 8th. That’s 3 days ago. The new support system does not work at all! I’ve even tried to email the company at the contact form on the website. And yes, I’ve checked my spam. Please tell me how I’m supposed to deal with support when every single response to a ticket I send go completely unanswered? I own 29 licenses of a software that has undergone major overhauls with no one supporting it.

I’ve checked your account, and there are no unanswered tickets. Our support system has read receipts, and after checking several threads it indicates someone viewed the email. We also have no failed delivery notices for your email address. If you’re not getting them, I’d look into any email automation you might have in place. We’d love to help you in support. Maybe you could try changing the email address on your account with us?

I replied to the email just now.
Just to be clear, I was able to email back and forth with support with no issues until right around the 21st of April. It’s been a nightmare ever since. My email is working properly. Check YOUR spam maybe?
And another day goes by. Man.
I have now also replied from another email address and still no response.
8 hours and nothing. You sent the same email that I had already replied to. I replied to that email again (for the 5th time). I even responded with a new email address and nothing. Obviously, there are issues with the new “Support System.” As opposed to waiting endlessly for support like I’ve been doing for the last 15 days, I spent the day researching new frameworks and page builders as it seems X Theme support is now non-existant. That along with another new font update to the framework for X Theme. Before you release such major updates, you should not expect the public to beta test for you and especially without a working support system in place!
I’ve lost another entire day waiting for a response from X Theme on their support system as well as here. Not good guys. You went from the best to the worst overnight.

Thanks for writing in. That grid layout isn’t something X does natively, but you could use a plugin like Essential Grid or The Grid. Both are included for free with X as part of our Extensions. Adding review functionality would need to be done with another plugin, or custom development.
How big can logo? Im asking because I have bigger logo then usual. Will it work?

There is no max width for the logo it all depends on your global setup. Once you bought the theme make sure to open a support ticket if you need help adding some custom tweaks to make the big logo work with the header area.

That’s correct. You will need 1 regular license per website you’re using X on.
Is there any demo themes showing buddypress components being used? Is there a list of buddypress features? Can we customize the look of buddypress pages with your page builder or theme customization options? Thanks

I had purchased this theme and validated earlier on nepalesefoodlovers.com website. For some reason my website had lots of issues and therefore uninstalled it and re-installed wordpress. now when i am trying to validate the webiste it says invalid code.
Now iat the same time, i would like to know, how can i simultaneously work on two live site. One as a demo or clone for updates and experiment before i actually integrate it on final live site. If i wish to work on local server in PC which code should i use. I want to use in on local server demo site and live demo clone site before implementing the changes on main site. How can this be done.

Could you reach out to us over email and let us know the purchase code? You can use the contact form on our profile page. We can take a look at why you’re getting that error.
As for the licensing, each license can be used for a single production site. It is however ok if you need to have staging or development environments in service of that one production site. Our validation system will even allow you to validate a separate development URL so you can get automatic updates easier.

I do not like the new layout of the product pages with the thumbnails floating at the top of the main product image. How do I switch back to the old look where the thumbnails are located under the main product image? Thank you in advance for any help with this.

Thanks for writing in! These new elements are features of WooCommerce v3.0.0. As our integration method with WooCommerce has always been to provide a streamlined look with any new features released, we have included support for these in the theme. These are currently enabled during theme setup using the following:
add_theme_support( 'wc-product-gallery-zoom' ); add_theme_support( 'wc-product-gallery-lightbox' ); add_theme_support( 'wc-product-gallery-slider' );
If you want to remove these, you could look into using WordPress’ remove_theme_support() function:

You would need to introduce any new code via a child theme to ensure that your changes are kept during future updates.

So this is my second licenses of X Theme. Too bad I forgot what a pain it was to get it validated! I buy it! I load it into Wordpress! I had to setup a new account because I couldn’t log in to my old account! What a surprise! I setup the new account. I enter my “Purchase Code” Saved my login setting within the browser and in a file. It’s all good! Back to Wordpress to validate. Can’t log in to the account I just created using the browser auto log in NOR manually!
And now I see that HERE when I click on item support, a copy of my “Purchase Code” With the date of Purchase “10th of May 2017” This one thing will mess up anything with security features! Well if today’s date is the 9TH! AS IT IS TODAY!
