Ok, thanks. After further checking, we realised that there is no shadow and it looks like you have sorted it out. But, the background color of the footer, you can change under BeTheme Options > Colors > Footer section.

Ok, we can see now. So, to remove this shadow, please use the following css:

1) Making this part of header transparent, won’t change anything, therefore we are not sure if we understand question. What for do you want to make it transparent? You want to have the same background image as behind the menu items?
2) We are sorry but we do not have an option to display those items in 2 columns on mobile.

So, to make it possible, you need to use custom css. Please put the code below into BeTheme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section:

You need to remove the background image for the top bar because right now top bar have 2 backgrounds and the rest just one and that’s why the color is different. We mean this background http://prntscr.com/ggte4p

2) We have Video item only included but we don’t have anything like video gallery.
3) Yes, you can work with Visual Composer. The plugin ins bundled with the theme but please bear in mind that if you want to use pre-built websites, those were made with Muffin Builder only. VC is for those who prefer to build from scratch.

I think that I may have found the perfect theme for my client. http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/But to be sure I want to ask a few things first about some themes:
THEME: Is it possible to change the main image and insert a video instead? And also is it possible to replace the thumbnail images on the “Portfolio Styles” section with thumbnail videos?
ELEARNING: Is it possible to replace the teacher’s image with a video? And also is it possible to insert videos instead of images on the “TOP FREE COURSES” section?
SPORTSCLUB: Is it possible to decrease the height of the main image (the section with the woman and video), so that everything bellow starts appearing sooner? And also is it possible to insert videos instead of images on the “OUR OFFER” section?
FINANCE: Is it possible to replace the arms crossed man image with a video? Or do something like on the SPORTSCLUB theme, mixing image + video?
1) Yes, you can change main image to video but portfolio does not have video thumbnails instead. What you can set in that section is video item http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/content-elements/#video and you can have it a smaller size of course.
2,3,4) Same as above.

For some reason, my ‘Maps’ have stopped working. The info box is still showing, but the maps itselve doesn’t show. I’ve already generated an Google API key in case that would make a change, but it didn’t. Why did it stop working and how to solve this?

Hello, I recently got a license and used it in a temporary domain, I thought I had deregistered the theme correctly, so I can use it in my actual domain, but I guess I did not do it correctly, sense my key does not work on Layer slider nor in rev-slider of the actual Domain, I cant open the temporary domain because it no longer exist, so its not like I can just go and deactivated… can you please help me with this issue? all pre-built layouts are included into theme but please bear in mind that in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. I’m having issues updating from 17.8.2 to the latest theme version. Things that are breaking are: Header styles, Mega Menu not working, other text styles, general css issues. Please help since I had to revert back to 17.8.2 to preserve the look for now.

Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

Hi, I added a custom taxonomy for posts and I wanted to add this taxonomy as a filter as well, is there a way I can add this, so I have the category, tag, author and the custom taxonomy as filters? please let me know.

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:
Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customisation services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio.
When it comes to the 2nd question, you are definitely right and we will fix it with next theme update of course.

In the demo – you have various store demos. In some of them the product tabs are vertical or horizontal. Is there a way in the theme to change that amongst the store layouts? In the Bike layout – the product tabs are horizontal. Anyway to make them vertical per the theme?

Which pages you mean exactly? Please explain because we are not sure what you would like to do.
The tabs and accordian page. What I’m wanting to do is have verticle tabs on the product pages instead of the horizontal tabs. These are the tabs that describe the product or you can make a review. On some of your store samples there are verticle and horizontal. But in the bike sample it’s horizontal. I need verticle. That make sense?
You can define if you want to have Accordion or Tabs on shop pages. This could be done under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop > Single Product section.

Yes, this is the file where this function is being called. However, if you look for function code, it’s a default WP function and all details about you can find on https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_footer

as we can see, you used jQuery filtering and Load more features at the same time, what is not allowed, as both are technically incompatible. So, please use just one of them and everything would be fine

Sorry, we forgot to tell you that if you want to use jQuery filtering, you need to display all items on load. So please increase the number of items to 999 for example and everything would be fine.
