Salutare baieti. Am si eu o mica problema si sper ca voi ma puteti ajuta. Am urmatorul site care imi face probleme, sociedelic.com. Ideea este ca folosesc si W3 Total Cache, si nu stiu cum sa rezolv problema cu tema desktop si cea de mobil. Mai exact, daca dau flush cache, si intru de pe mobil pe un articol, si apoi intru de pe desktop pe acelasi articol, il incarca in varianta de mobil. Acelasi lucru se intampla si daca intru de pe desktop pe un link, iar apoi pe mobil nu incarca tema de mobil, ci de desktop. Am incercat sa dezactivez si setarile cu minify js, css etc dar tot asa face, inclusiv setarile din user agents group. Daca ma puteti ajuta cu niste sfaturi, sau sa aruncati o privire voi prin wp as fi tare recunoscator.

Aceasta problema este intr-adevar o problema de cache. W3 total cache nu este recomandat a fi folosit cu tema noastra. De asemenea te rugam contacteaza host-ul si cere dezactivarea cach-ului de pe host. Pai si eu daca dezactivez toate astea, cu optimizarea cum ramane? As prefera sa folosesc w3 total cache pentru ca e singurul care ma ajuta ca site-ul sa fie rapid.
Am rezolvat cu varianta desktop, acum pe telefon incarca doar varianta de desktop. Imposibil sa nu fie o rezolvare pe acest plugin.

Ideea de a dezactiva toate optimizarile era sa testezi sa afli de unde vine problema si sa inlaturi exact cauza problemei, nu toate optimizarile. DIn pacate w3 total cache nu este testat cu tema noastra si nu putem oferi solutii pentru plugin-uri netestate. Noi putem recomanda doar wp super cache dar fiecare alege plugin-ul pe care il prefera doar ca unele nu sunt compatibilie si pot crea neplaceri.

hello tagdiv. i am using your theme for past couple of years. its quite good.but nowadays my site got attacked by some kind of malware. i just install fresh wordpress and fresh theme.. but my site still going redirect. i also check many of youir user facing same issue. tell me what to do. if i deactive your theme, site works quite well, there was only problem with your theme. i also contact with my hosting provider. they scan from their end and told me your theme has malware code inside it.
so tell me how to remove this

Unfortunately we are here to help with theme support. We cannot help with malware removal or hacker attacks. We can only provide guidance on how to remove malware as I have done in my previous reply. Please test the redirect on another theme such as the twentysixteen or other themes and see if the redirect still happens. If it happens only on our theme, that means there is another cause to the issue, not malware. If this is the case, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.

Hello, I bought Newspaper 8 yesterday for upgrade my old theme. I think i have found a bug on safari: i insert a slide on my homepage but it doesn’t show until i try to resize the page, it worked correctly on newspaper 6. And recently my site was flooded with spam and bad external links, I was advised to update the theme but it was not enough, what can I check? Thanks

my client bought this theme some time ago and someone made the site for him with this theme.
Now, it’s very old version of this theme (V 6.6.5). My question is can I assume that upgrade to newest version will go without problems?

It should be without issues, but please create a back-up beforehand just in case. Please also mind the new page builder plugin as it will activate automatically. You should update all plugins as well with the ones bundled in the theme package. Do not keep both visual composer and tagdiv composer active at the same time. I am beyond angry. You have deleted every single one of my comments to hide your shady tactics from being known to other customers. I need the instructions on how to remove the popup spam activation from my theme that i paid for. If you can remove it for me I will be fine for now unless you guys lock up the theme again in the future

You already have a valid license so you can use it to activate your theme and get rid of the message with no further payment needed.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

We need to update from 4 version to 8 version, but following your instructions, everything is broken (menus, widgets, structure, designs with Visual Composer). As theme developers, do you provide some payment service to do this update, keeping the site as it is? Thank you in advance.

The current version of the theme is very different than newspaper 4. The pages and sidebars will have to be re-created. A shortcode is not a HTML element so it will not work in a raw html but it will work in a text block. https://www.screencast.com/t/lF5YXoNF Please note that the live page builder will not render the shortcodes. They will only be rendered when viewing the page, not when editing it.

I’m trying to add my “ad code” to the mobile theme. When I save it; it seems to be saved, but when I refresh the page the code disappears. I tried a few time to make sure I was going crazy. This made be a bug in the mobile theme. Need help fixing it.

If you use the mobile theme plugin, yes you have to add content to the mobile editor. If you do not have the mobile theme active, there is no mobile editor. Please clear your cache. Somehow our Menu in Mobile theme (for example an IPone) is not reacting. I see on the left upper side the three lines in a box and right side a search icon, but both are not reacting when ticking on it. When on PC I minimize like an IPhone size, it shows same menu but there it works. Do you know what’s wrong with it?

Sorry but our theme does not feature a news aggregator. We built the theme with creating content in mind, not grabbing news from external platforms. There are plugins however that have this possibility but we have not tested any so I cannot provide a recommendation.
