I am beyond angry. You have deleted every single one of my comments to hide your shady tactics from being known to other customers. I need the instructions on how to remove the popup spam activation from my theme that i paid for. If you can remove it for me I will be fine for now unless you guys lock up the theme again in the future

You already have a valid license so you can use it to activate your theme and get rid of the message with no further payment needed.
The activation system was implemented to prevent mass piracy of our themes so we can concentrate on the future development of our themes and better serve our paying customers.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

We need to update from 4 version to 8 version, but following your instructions, everything is broken (menus, widgets, structure, designs with Visual Composer). As theme developers, do you provide some payment service to do this update, keeping the site as it is? Thank you in advance.

The current version of the theme is very different than newspaper 4. The pages and sidebars will have to be re-created. A shortcode is not a HTML element so it will not work in a raw html but it will work in a text block. https://www.screencast.com/t/lF5YXoNF Please note that the live page builder will not render the shortcodes. They will only be rendered when viewing the page, not when editing it.

I’m trying to add my “ad code” to the mobile theme. When I save it; it seems to be saved, but when I refresh the page the code disappears. I tried a few time to make sure I was going crazy. This made be a bug in the mobile theme. Need help fixing it.

Hi again, I tried to disable the mobile theme plugin but it didn’t help. I still can not see the pages? What should i do? Do i have to rebuild them on the mobile theme section?
If you use the mobile theme plugin, yes you have to add content to the mobile editor. If you do not have the mobile theme active, there is no mobile editor. Please clear your cache. Hi TagDiv,
Somehow our Menu in Mobile theme (for example an IPone) is not reacting. I see on the left upper side the three lines in a box and right side a search icon, but both are not reacting when ticking on it. When on PC I minimize like an IPhone size, it shows same menu but there it works. Do you know what’s wrong with it?

Sorry but our theme does not feature a news aggregator. We built the theme with creating content in mind, not grabbing news from external platforms. There are plugins however that have this possibility but we have not tested any so I cannot provide a recommendation.

Its great. I will but it,but near in future can you Consider “1 more Data Rich Newspaper theme” We have so much content and in Home screen it will show only less,as Images size and other are big.I want that user can see amny things in current screen size,rather than scroll down to view more and more news

You can add many different blocks on the homepage that will show content in different ways. Some have bigger thumbs while other have smaller ones. Some do not have thumbs at all. Not all pictures and layouts are the same as the one you exemplify. Our theme offers many block to choose from. Please check the features menu item under both themes to see all the different features they provide. The themes have a different layout and a substantial amount of customization will be required to replicate the look of one theme on another. Unfortunately we will not going to be able to help with the custom work as we have no customization department. It can be done with css if you have the skills necessary, yes.
