Great theme, but I’m surprised that I can’t use custom icons sets. People are asking for it for about 2 years in comments.. Please make it possible ASAP.

the elements you marked on the screenshot are social icons and you can set them up under BeTheme Options > Social section. However, regarding your second issue, could you explain, which plugin we recommend that wasn’t tested with recent version of the theme?

Dear, the route that passes you above is where the user sees the demo site. When creating the multisite, each of the sites I’m hosting is created with the following structure:
Example: Marina
/wp-content/uploads/sites/17/
Within 17 there are 3 folders
.2017 .be-demo-temp -js_composer .revslider
In turn inside the folder 2017 there are two folders

i know about the child the pb is i have a plugin where the folder can only be in the main theme folder
Therefore, you must keep the copy of this folder in keep safe on server and when original will remove, then you can copy it. The folders that does not come with the theme, shouldn’t remove during the update but it’s safer to keep its copy somewhere just in case.
The support should be free. I disagree. $ 41 for six months is very expensive. And by the way a license for each installation as well. I have a problem with the qTranslate and Muffin Builder and I have to pay for support. I do not think it’s fair. I do not think it’s good politics. In these conditions I prefer other options. do you mean this grey area between the menu and those 3 colourful boxes below? If that is what you mean, looks like you used VC’s option to center the content vertically and that’s why you have this empty space.

This padding comes by default from VC plugin and if you want to remove it, you need to use the custom css below:

it seems to be the problem with your server because when we try to open couple of images that came with the demo import, we get 500 Internal Server Error. Just open for example main homepage background and you will see the same message as we get http://prntscr.com/h30m9k
In that case, you definitely need to contact with your admin/hosting provider.

did you tried to disable 3rd party plugins? Also, did you checked your permalinks if are set properly? Would be also great if you can switch to any default WP theme like Twenty Seventeen and check if you have same problem.

there is a huge button “New discussion” on the left side when you are logged into the forum, what you can see on https://pasteboard.co/GQSvnHv.png so you can use it to create new conversations.
Anyway, the only way to do what you want is to create a multisite and install each pre-built demo. Exactly the way you said above and there is no easier way to do this.

Hi. It’s been a year since I purchased the theme. I once used it on a site but that site is no longer working and isn’t live. Now i want to use the theme on my new site but when i try to activate it, it says to deactivate old site. But i cannot get into old site because it is no longer available and working. Please let me know how i can use the theme on my new site. It doesn’t seem like license violation cause i’m just using it on one site.
