yes, this is normal. We change popup quite long time ago because the previous one was incompatible with some browsers and mobile devices. Therefore, we were forced to replace it with a new one.

yes, you can of course. You can use default WordPress Import/Export tool but also make sure you did a backup of Muffin Options from BeTheme Options > Backup & Reset section.

Since a long time the Menu and Muffin Builder Element “FAQ” don’t work with iOS (tested with iOS 11.0.3 on iPhone 6 Plus, including BeTheme 20.7).

Hello, there is an menu item “Layouts” but I can’t find anything about it in the documentation. Do you have more infos about it somewhere? Can I make layouts there and put it into the footer widgets? (would be great because a client would by default not have widget access)

from version 20 of the BeTheme, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Can I install the betheme splash page ..so that my customer see all the templates for their selection then i will purchase theme on their behalf ?

yes, Splash is included as one of the pre-built layouts but please notice that this demo contains lots of data/images so its installation requires better server settings than any other demos. Also, please bear in mind that if you want to have all pre-built layouts on your server, you need to create WP instance for each demo and then import them one by one.

After that I sent a direct message with access to my multisite, I tried to put together a site based on one of the sites,with an installation outside the multisite.

The truth is I’m confused I do not know how to solve this I have 286 completely incomplete prearmed sites to which I do not some background image is missing, it gives an error in the presentation and in the maps …
Please, I need to solve this … My work depends on being able to have this project finished as soon as possible, I have been working tirelessly for almost 3 days two machines with a partner and we can not achieve normalize the sites ….

because you use multisite, you supposed to change Table Prefix for the slides under BeTheme Options > Global > Advanced section. This is the most common reason, why slides does not appear on multisite installations. However, it would be great if you can post all future request the way we mentioned in few of your previous comments.

I bought this awesome template a few months ago, and people asked me to change header’s picture on pages. I know it’s possible to add one header’s background on all pages, but now i need to put different background on each pages. Is it possible ? Maybe with custom css

yes, it would be possible of course with custom css but first, maybe you can try the Subheader | Image option which is under Page Options of each page, because in many cases, it works similar to header background. But, if this won’t work the way you wish, please send us an example link to page where you would like to set custom header background so we can provide you best possible solution.

Hello, Is there any option to have one complete pre built theme (exp. Be Snap) installed, but have menu from other pre built theme (exp. you can not import specific features/stuff from specific demos so if you want to use BeSnap demo, just import it and then adjust header to your needs, using included options. The option responsible for the look of the logo above is called Overflow Logo and you can find it under BeTheme Options > Global > Logo section.

Hello, I want to remove filter from Blog page. But if I apply ” #Filters { display: none !important; } ” to css than it removes filters from portfolio list too. But I only want to delete it from Blog List page. İs there any way to do it? Thanks.
