Having the same issue – after update to version 6 being redirected to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=Jupiter, even in a completely clean Google Chrome installation. Clearing the browser local storage doesn’t help.
Reverting back to 5.9.7, for now, fixes this issue.
It’s one thing for me to be able to revert back if an issue arises, it’s a different story if it’s on client’s websites.
Hi,
It’s a known caching issue. You can fix it by clearing your browser local storage by hitting F12 (Or open Developer Tools) on your backend page and navigate to Application tab and choose the local storage and hit the remove button.

Good update I can see the improved speed, but you guys are not evolving, still I cant have a more friendly mobile menu, still the videos are charged on mobile version even when they are not displayed, already there is a solution for IOS to display videos, but is not supported on your theme.. hopefully you start paying attention to all the small problems on the mobile version..

FYI Artbees, I updated to 6 and some of the UI elements are not rendering in numerous browsers on Mac and PC. Specifically, the tab UI elements are showing no content. The tab elements are there, but the content is not. Reverting back 5 for now.
Also, when reverting back to 5.9.7 the tab elements render correctly. Thanks

@ArtbeesSupport No need for support on my end as I fixed the site by reverting back. Just letting you know that this update isn’t ready for release. In addition to the issue mentioned above, there were other issues with the update.
Thanks for your feedback, we’re working on the issues reported, a new update to fix it will be released very soon.

I can not enter the web, so I can not do anything about the F12 that you are commenting on. I leave a conversation with our data server computer that tells us that you have an error that you should correct: 19:02:03 Oscar Cantorna: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’!’ in /home/maxgloxar/www/wp-content/themes/jupiter/header-builder/includes/shortcodes/mkhb-navigation.php on line 671 19:02:09 Óscar Cantorna: we see that the hosting has a syntax error 19:02:18 Óscar Cantorna: it would be necessary for the subject’s supplier to review it

Hi,
Please kindly try to upgrade the PHP on your server to 5.6+
This error happens because the PHP version of your server is low.
Regards.
updating from 5.9.5 to 6 caused mk-blog.php to get ignored. I had to copy config.php and vc_map.php from jupiter parent to get it working again. (/components/shortcodes/mk_blog)
however i see some 404s in your new beta header feature – thought i’d report them for you – http://itvolcano.com/screenshots/2017-11-09___19-56-00___8.png – seems the header builder is trying to read those files from the child – files don’t exist since this is a child.
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback, that Child theme issue will be fixed in the next update.

After updating 5.9.7 to 6 the custom sidebars on pages are pushed bellow the content.
URGENT FIX NEEDED!!!

BUG 2: Adding custom sidebars also does not work anymore. If you had custom sidebars in the previous version you will see them in the theme options, but adding new ones is not possible…. if you add one and refresh the page… it is gone.
Hi,
This is not the right place to investigate further, could you please submit a ticket through our support system so we can work on it.
Thank you so much.
Regards.
BUG2: not a bug - > After creating custom sidebar and hit the save button. click on clear cache…. and then it works….
But it still pushes the sidebar content below the main content.
I found the problem, for some strange reason the update converted a composer row into a section. I rebuild the page with rows… and now the sidebar sticks.
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback, we will recheck this issues and implement it in the future update.

Hi there,
I was wondering it is possible to set a preload for a specific page or not.
If yes, could you please let me know how.
I have set preloader through the Jupiter global setting, but it is applied to all pages which is fine, but for one of my page, I want to set an image for its preloader.
Thank you.
Hi,
It’s possible to set the Pre-loader for a specific page.
You can edit the page > Jupiter Page Options > Page Preloader?
