I purchased the theme license twice, by mistake. How do I get a refund for the 2nd purchase? Also, when I try to update the theme, I am told “The theme is at the latest version”. It is version 5.6 and it should be 6.

Having an issue with pagination on my site, I’ve followed the steps on this https://themes.artbees.net/docs/pagination-problem/?utm_source=searchpage&utm_medium=ArtbeesThemesPortal&search=pagination however none of them worked.
When clicking the links it adds the /page/3/ to the end of the url like it should, however the posts don’t update, always the first page of posts showing.
If I then hit enter on the URL with /page/3/ then the posts will update to the correct posts. I’m guessing its to do with AJAX.
I’ve tried disabling plugins and changing from the child theme to the parent but no change.

The visual composer just fully borked an install on a new site I was just about to push live for a client. All rows are showing a YouTube video and no content is coming through. I can’t work out how to stop it happening. If I create a new page and try to recreate it from scratch I still get the same issue.
About to try rolling back the VC, but this is not great at all…

Okay so I found the issue. When I tried to update the theme it said there was no updates available. So I thought I was on 6.0. I was actually on 5.9.7. So it was your update mechanism that wasn’t working correctly.
Now I’ve manually updated, I’m just stuck with the other bug with full width pages. My parrallax boxes and edge slider no long go to the edge anymore. The global Full Width layout setting is being ignored site wide.

I just took a site live today and decided to update the theme and now their site is down as I’m facing the full-width issues when the site is supposed to be in boxed mode… how long until the update comes out?

The speed of the Jupiter theme is pretty fine without the CDN enable, but it will improve a lot if you have CDN set up for your site.

I ask because some days ago i bought a theme that say it is absolutly fast, with fantastic parameters, but they was released by a extra costing cdn.

Our demo pages don’t use the CDN, as you can see, the performance still good though.

hi! Love this theme but I have an issue and a question. 1) After update the theme (5.9.2) and the woocommerce version 3.2.3, the symbols of quantity are not seeing well. Take a look at http://sushi-adomicilio.com/producto/sashimi-roll/. The + is up and hidding the word. 2) How can I remove the single product page loupe? I have change the size of the image to original with no results.

Looks like V6 is quite unstable, although i tried updating on a development site and it doesn’t seem too bad.
One thing which is really disappointing though is the Header Builder. There are some really simple things missing here which almost make it pointless… please can you add the following elements:

I have not updated the theme to latest version yet. I want to confirm if I will update the theme, what will happen to the old backend of Jupiter. I am not a fan of front end WYSIWYG editor. Never liked it in any theme. Can I just turn that off in new version?

The back-end will work in the same way as before, it won’t have any difference.
And unfortunately, the Front-end editor can’t be disabled, but you don’t need to worry about it because it doesn’t have any effect if you don’t use it.

Hello, there are many problems with new release: In admin panel when selecting an element it always jump to Jupiter Control Panel in 2 sec. Templates not woking, return ( Warning number : 500) and can’t open plugins tab (Active plugins and New Plugins), it shows two loaders but they spin infinitely

1. It’s a known caching issue. You can fix it by clearing your browser local storage by hitting F12 (Or open Developer Tools) on your backend page and navigate to Application tab and choose the local storage and hit the remove button.
