Having issues uploading the theme. I’ve changed all the parameters as suggested in your instructions. I still get the error “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.” Please provide a solution.

The error means that the upload_max_filesize needs to be increased.
Please contact your hosting provider to make sure that your PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 600
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M
Even if you have increased the parameters on your own, sometimes it is still required for the hosting provider to take care of that. So please, get in touch with them. Or you can also try to install the theme via FTP:
Log into your web server with FTP client software
Unzip the jacqueline.zip file and ONLY use the extracted /Jacqueline theme folder
Upload the extracted /Jacqueline theme folder into /wp-content/themes folder
Activate the newly installed theme. Go to Appearance > Themes and activate it.

Got it installed. Now I’m having problems with actually editing the theme/dummy data. There is no frontend or backend VC capabilities to edit the theme, even though the plugin is installed and activated. Do I need to purchase license for the WPBakery Page Builder? What am I missing?

Seems like your Visual Composer version needs to be updated. Could you please submit the support ticket at https://themerex.ticksy.com/ with your Purchase Code so that we can send you the new plugin version to update.
As for the licences, purchasing these plugins licences is optional and not needed if they came bundled with a theme.
Since Visual composer and Revolution Slider plugins are a part of the theme, the new versions of them are included into each theme with every new theme update.
You can contact us to get the latest versions of Visual Composer or Revolution Slider plugins submitting a support ticket any time.

1. This is a third-party plugin which was not included into the theme by default, so please contact the plugin authors for help. Besides, we do not guarantee the theme 100% compatibility with any types of plugins and extensions which were not included into the theme by default.
2. To translate the contact form fields, as well as the top bar menu text, please edit the jacqueline.pot file. The procedure is as follows:
Set the language you prefer in Settings – General in your admin.
Open the jacqueline.pot file in wp-content/themes/languages directory on FTP in Poedit software.
Click ‘Create New Translation’ in the file and select the language you prefer (make sure the language variation is the same as selected inSettings – General in admin) http://prntscr.com/doe3l0 . With that done the .po file will be generated out of .pot one. Translate the text strings in Poedit software and save the file. As soon as you save this .po file, the .mo file will be generated automatically.
Upload these .po and .mo file to wp-content/themes/languages directory on FTP

How come all my styling and custom changes are all messed up after updating? This is the second time I want to update, and both times the whole theme is going crazy. Headings are like 1200px. What is going on? I have never seen this before.
I re-saved the permalinks, stylesheets, theme options, custom css, but nothing works. It looks like every save is making things worse.
Please help me out. What am I doing wrong? :-/

After the theme update, in order to restore your styling settings, it is necessary just to click ‘Save’ in Fonts and Colors in admin. So please go to Fonts and Colors and click ‘Save’ without making any changes there. It should bring all your customization options back.

when you want to add more than 1 item into the cart and want to add more via the arrow up icon next to the item quantity – it adds 2 more every time you press more. same goes for less – 2 steps – not one by one!
You have to fix this, please really soon as possible!!!

The issue is server-related. You most likely have Safe mode or allow_url_fopen = Off in PHP settings or outgoing server requests are forbidden in firewall.
The issue can be solved by adding the following line:
php_value allow_url_fopen On
- to .htaccess file on your FTP
or
allow_url_fopen = On;
- to php.ini or php5.ini file on your FTP.

Hi, I’ve been trying to put a support ticket in on numerous occasions only to be told that I didn’t have the correct purchase code. Well, I did, and it still won’t let me lodge a support ticket. Please don’t send me a link where to lodge the support ticket, because it’s the same place that says I don’t have the correct purchase code. Very frustrated, and it’s wasting not only my time, but a waste of the time that’s taken away from me building this website. I bought this theme to save time when it’s now actually costing me more time.
Also: 1. Where can I get the pictures from this theme without the letter ‘C’ in them? Does it cost money to buy them, if so how much, and where?
2. I’m building out this theme in my ‘demo store’, and then will propagate the website to my client. Is there anything special I need to do?

Hello! After six months of purchasing this word process, suddenly the contents of the menu bar do not open. All pages in the menu do not open except for home.
