Hello!! Just purchased Uncode for the first time. Just tried uploading it to my wordpress but it said the installation failed. This is the message I got:
Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.
Would be very grateful for any help

Hi, Thank you very much for your theme. I was wondering if it is possible to use multiple sequential filters such as 1) category then 2) sub categories.
For example: 1) Man clothes then 2) T shirts so we can get only Man T shirts?

Hi matsouki! No sorry this is not actually possible (in fact you don’t see this option in our demos). If this is problematic for your project we can offer a refund but there is not a quick code I can suggest, sorry.

Hi, is there anything within Uncode that would stop the Woocommerce hard crops working? I’m running an old version (1.4.2) if that makes a difference.
I’m trying to make images uploaded square. They’re actually rectangle. But i’ve selected hard crop and regenerated thumbnails and nothing has happened except to new images i’m adding and even then the ones on the category page are still 16:9.
Hi Souvraya! It’s not easy to tell you what’s wrong, where are you displaying the images? Do you refer to the single product page? The product index or a VC Posts module with query to products? Can you please show your site?

I do not remember any similar problems, sorry. Do you have this problem just now or is it for a new site you are building? Anyway as noted in first message this can be related to an old version of Uncode with more recent version of Woo that you have. In case can you please open a pvt ticket so we can check?
Announcement to all users who have installed WooCommerce 3.3.0. The version published in the past hours (30/12/2018) presented problems and was removed from the official WordPress repository. At the time of writing the version that can be downloaded is again 3.2.6 (https://undsgn.d.pr/Yb1uzV). If you have upgraded to WooCommerce 3.3.0 please download version 3.2.6, delete 3.3.0 and install the stable 3.2.6: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/

UPDATE: On 2nd February the WooCommerce 3.3.0 is still not live again (at the moment after being removed it has not been published anymore in the WordPress plugins repository).

I’m trying to add media to new gallery manager but it says: “Visual Composer is not active for this post type. Please activate it inside “Visual Composer > Role Manager” I checked role manager and page types are set to custom and all checked: post/page/portfolio/uncodeblock.

I watched your tutorial few times but didn’t find answear. Massage appears when I click Galleries > Add new > At the bottom in the media section, I don’t have button “select media” like in your video. I just finished full update WP- 4.9.2 Uncode 1.7.2 Uncode Core 1.5.1 Uncode Page Builder (Visual Composer) – 5.4.5. Everything works fine visual composer is present when creating page, content block etc. Only in Galleries, I have this message.

I would like to update the Palette with my own colors, but the hex value form does not appear as part of the Color picker. It seems to require for me to eye-ball the accuracy of the color. Is there a more precise way to add color to the palette?

Hello again I have updated the theme, but have new issues. My site is not live yet.
1. I am trying to set a static page as the homepage. When I navigate to Settings > Reading, there is no option for setting the homepage. I have the option to set Blog pages show at most, syndication feeds show the most recent, for each article in a feed show, search engine visibility. That is all. Is this because the site is not live?
2. In addition, the page that I would like to set as the homepage has the slug /homepage/tour. When I set this as the homepage, will it allow me to set this URL as www.domain.com/ (no slug).
3. I have set the site to have a /blog/ permalink for posts. Am I able to set the blog homepage as www.domain.com/blog? Or am I now unable to use this slug in combination with the permalink setup?

1. Have you trashed your pages? Can you please verify that you don’t have some pages in your trash? If you trashed some pages like “Homepages” or other pages with parent page (https://undsgn.d.pr/MCd3Wg) it’s possible you have this issue in WordPress, it seems you had an home selected and now is in the trash.
2. Yes absolutely, when you set a page as homepage this will be your site address.
3. You can have www.yoursite.com/blog if you want. This is not properly theme related, just WordPress.

Great theme, I am working very quick and smooth with it. But I have a problem. In portfolio information, when I change some data, as Client or Website (detail-677927509, detail-1780219293). This information never gets updated in the page, and I still see the “Client Name”, as in the example.
Is it possible that some plugin is malfunctioning? I only installed your recommended plugins by now… Thanks!

Very disappointed to know that there is no way, out-of-the-box, for Uncode to allow for displaying the post Title above the featured image and the “Read More” button below the image when using the “Posts” module. What’s up with that? Care to explain?

So I’m trying to recreate an element as in here: https://www.dji.com/ – it is the “professional” and “enterprise” boxes that i want to recreate on my own site. Not 100 % accurate, but an image with a hower effect such as a color overlay or the like and some text on it, but still with the intire box beeing one link to another site.
I have tried to play around with the “posts” element, but i cant seem to figure out how to do it like i described.
