I suggest also to verify the PHP version your host is offering, the actually suggested PHP version is PHP 7.

ok ty so much for the support, my host did indeed change a value they should have let me known about, after a long discussion with the host they changed the value and it appears to be working without any problem now, i can add and delete images without a problem.

Hi jnatyshen! Do you mean that you don’t have the option inside the admin or it doesn’t work in the frontend? In case have you installed extra plugins today? if you have JavaScript errors it’s possible a complex behaviour like the Slides Scroll is broken.

It wasn’t showing up in the admin panel. But deactivating/reactivating another plugin seemed to resolve the issue. Weird! Thanks for the response.
