Unfortunately we release our new updated theme on 22 FEB 2018 and also Woocommerce released its new update on the same day that is why two files are outdated and our development team is working on it and soon within couple of days you will find an updated theme with 100 % compatible with the latest woocommerce until that please be patience.

I have the same question plus, every page on my site was made with VC as i used your demo content. Now when i go to edit the page the WP bakery is blank and only the classic is working and thats all text and not WYSIWYG…how do i convert it to edit with WP bakery

It is working absolutely perfect at our end this may be any third party plugin confliction or incompatibility issue so please update your theme to latest version and also update your plugins as well and try to check once after deactivating your site all third-party plugins hope you will not find an issue if yes then we need to debug your site but after extending you support extension because Your 6 months of support period is now expired. Please update your theme and plugins to the latest version of the theme 4.2 your issue will solve.
Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps:
1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme) 2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme) 3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes. 4. Extract the zip file of the theme there. 5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.
Your theme will be updated easily.

Soooo… since you are no longer supporting it and it doesn’t work in 4.2, does that mean I should go through my site and convert any “VC Ultimate Add-on” Elements to the Porto version of the elements before updating?

No you do not need to convert any “VC Ultimate Add-on” Elements to the Porto version of the elements before updating because we have included all “VC Ultimate Add-on” Elements which are used in our demos to the newest built-in plugin called “Porto Functionality” you just need to install and activate “Porto Functionality” plugin after an update. You will not find an issue.

I have install the shop demo 2. When i enable the catalog mode in Proto Settings the header & footer disappear. Also the shop page or whereever i have shown the products the prices still show up. And also if i change anything in proto settings like changing the footer copyright info still the header and footer disappear. I have installed the demo around 4 times.

It seems the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file on your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.
OR
I think it’s your cache issue. Please remove your browser, site and server cache and cookies then check your site or check your site on other computer or laptop, I hope you will not find any issue.

I just update into 4.2 version. updated the visual composer & Visual composer addon as well. but Visual composer css not working anymore, those CSS worked till 4.1 version, but in 4.2 those not working anymore. what is the possible problem ?

Hi, since updating to the latest woocommerce and porto files my tabs are now displayed incorrectly on the product page. (moved from under image to under social buttons) The reason is – ul.resp-tabs-list code has changed and is causing the problem. https://imgur.com/a/3u5yg
