It’s disappointing that you can’t set a sidebar for the single product page. If I had known that you couldn’t, I would not have purchased the theme. So now I’ve had to override your content-single-product.php with my own to add a sidebar.
Hi! We never show this option in none of our demos, anyway if you are not happy and you missed this just ask for a refund so you can opt for another theme that offers this natively.
Hello – after 1.8 installation on fresh install of WP, I cannot register, I receive a fatal error which crashes WP completely, then have to reinstall.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function password_hash() in /home/amandl5/public_html/wp-content/themes/uncode/core/inc/api/class-api-license.php on line 129. It’s happened 4 times in a row.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated, going to use it unregistered for the interim.

So when the quantity is changed to say 4 at first, and then “Add to Cart” is clicked, things are ok.
However, say the customer changes his mind and wants to add 1 more. He reduces the quantity in the quantity box, and then clicks “Add to Cart” again. Instead of 1 more added, 4 more are added. It seems that Uncode’s Ajax Add to Cart script uses the initial quantity and does take the updated number.
Please let me know if I am not being clear on the description. Understand I am using an additional plugin (Extra Product Options), but according to the author a script debugger points to Uncode’s script as the problem.

The plugin does support AJAX, but the bug is with the Uncode script. It is present even on your demo sites – https://undsgn.com/uncode/product/gold-zip-hoodie/.
Add 1x Hoodie to cart and then follow up by adding an additional 3x Hoodies to the cart. Now go to the cart page. You’ll see that instead of a total of 4x Hoodies, you’ll only get 2x Hoodies.
The second question relates to the cart page. Again I refer to your demo site – https://undsgn.com/uncode/product/gold-zip-hoodie/.
Go to the cart page of your demo site and view it on mobile. You’ll see that the quantity of each item in cart is hidden (only the item names are shown). Now view the cart page in desktop mode and you’ll see the quantity pop out.

I’ve disabled WC’s Ajax on archive page option. On our shop page however the Ajax “Add to Cart” links are still present on our product posts element. Clicking on these will simply scroll to the top. The page is https://interstellargoods.sg for your reference.

Ive updated to 1.8.0 today however it keeps saying theres an update for Layer slider, however once you click update via the theme, it returns error message Update package Not Available. My site layout is now faulty after the update?

Thanks! A Chrome browser extension was the issue. Looks like it was my ad-blocker. A lot of people use ad-blockers so you may want to update the code so that ad-blockers don’t mistakenly cause layout issues.

The Chrome extension is called Adblock Plus and it was a Vimeo video that had layout issues.

Hi there, just wish to check on system status. I’ve already adjusted the memory limit and PHP values in my php.ini file in the host server, but the theme’s system status still shows red. Would like to understand more if it’s a host or theme issue and what to do about it because it may have caused some custom fonts to appear in some areas and not in others although they have been properly installed. Hope you can help, thanks!

Hey thanks for that! I’ve checked the values with the plugin and it says memory limit is 368M and php vars is 1000. I’ve also checked with my server if I’ve added the max php vars correctly, they mentioned it’s done correctly. I’m wondering what else can be done to increase to 3000.
With regards to the issue, I’ve added custom fonts to Uncode’s typography section, but the page does not reflect the change. It may or may not be due to the max php vars value, I’m not sure, but since it’s reflected as red in the system status, thought it’s better to make sure all turn green first in order to know what’s the cause.
Also, the theme is constantly putting out the notification that the system status needs attention, I don’t know if it’s fine to leave it as it is or not.

Hi walgedeon! As supposed also this popular plugin reports that you have 1000 and not 3000, you need to show and ask your host why also the popular PHP Info plugin report you have 1000. Not easy to help with the issue without a check to your site, art least show your site URL and upload a few screenshots for the settings so we can understand and debug (anyway this is stuff that works like a charm, if a theme like Uncode as issue with typography you should see here thousand of similar reports).

Should I ignore the theme’s system’s status and carry on? There’s always this notification that says to resolve those issues first before saving. I’m not sure if it will cause any problem if I carry on without resolving it.

Hi, not easy to tell you why this is not working just for you without accessing your site, anyway if you confirm your server offers at least 96MB fix the Max Vars and feel free to work.
Ok totally understand, thanks for your help undsgn. I’m not sure if the 256M as done in the wp-config is actually working on the site, since the theme reflected it as 40M.
Just to double check, let’s say the memory limit is still 40M, does it mean it’s not safe to work on it?
And yes I would like to fix the Max Vars, but not sure what’s the next step since it’s been updated on php.ini.

Hi walgedeon, it’s not easy to debug why you have this report without access to your site, anyway the Memory Limit can only be responsible for front-end issue (ex: empty page), while the Max Input Vars it’s more risky sine you risk to loose your Theme Options, please find more infos here, show your host that also the popular PHP Info shows you have 1000, once fixed to 3000 you can work safe: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214000785

Hi royzzz! Maybe we don’t properly understand but there is not a widget with social connections, in case you can create something with the Page Builder (list of icons).
CPT UI conflicts with Sidebars in Uncode
With a brand new install of the latest version Custom Post types UI (which you recommend in the manual) plus the latest version of Uncode and no other plugins than those supplied in the theme it is not possible to create Sidebars. Any sidebars created whilst CPT UI is turned off will not show once it is reactivated.
Hi martingfisher and thank you for report! We have tested soon this problem but we are not able to replicate. We created a few sidebars when the plugin is not active, we created a few sidebars when the plugin is active, when we deactivate or reactivate the plugin we don’t loose any sidebars. In case please list the steps or create a video (better) so we can follow your steps.
PS: are you sure you don’t have an issue with the Max Input Vars?
You’re absolutely correct. We were able to change WP Memory Limit to 96MB. and PHP Max Input Vars to 3000 but had no way of changing PHP Max Input Vars (allowed) to 3000.
We asked the hosts to do that manually for us and the problem went away. Our assumption had been that with the other two elements covered it wouldn’t be a problem but thats obviously not the case!

Yes the last value verify that you really have 3000 available (since it’s possible host applies also other limits).
Unfortunately I could not install the theme from WordPress, I tried it from Cpanel, however, when I wanted to activate the theme from wordpress and it gave me an error: The style sheet is missing.

Your Classic Landing page does not import like your demo. Your demo is blue background with text to the left and iphone to the right. When the page imports it is a different layout. Grayscale image with text at the top centered.

Visual Mode is a default from WordPress, never heard so far that this is not available unless you have some plugins that create this issue… sorry but do you have this problem only now? Can you please verify if it’s a plugin issue, test deactivating Uncode or at least upload a screenshot of what you see in the admin.
