Hi there is a previous question 11 months ago asking what gridcookie is for, which was not answered – or at least certainly not answered to GDPR standards. I am finding it showing up occasionally in my cookie audit, and since it obviously relates to Porto, I need to know exactly what it does and whether is stores any personally identifiable information.

I guess whether they know it or not, everyone else is getting it too, and they are not GDPR compliant without disclosing to users what it is.

Sorry, but that is incorrect. For GDPR disclosure, you need to tell us the purpose and type of cookie it is, whether it is strictly necessary and how long it is stored for. I’m not aware of you having informed anyone of its existence in production sites, let alone these details. Today is the last day before sites selling to the EU would be made incompliant because of your lack of disclosure.

Hi, i updated the theme and deactivated some plugins. With the standard woocommerce theme everything works fine. The funy thing is: If i add an special offer price to just one of the variations, then the regular/standard price is visible for all the variants.

Sometimes wordpress and woocommerce also release heavy update on their core files, that’s why we also should update theme structure for wordpress and woo updates. It’s same for your customization on Porto. We also do not want your version update does not make any troubles, but we also need some core changes that may affect your own customization.

So Please try to install the latest Theme on the Fresh new WP Live or Localhost and then check the latest Theme hope you will not find an issue.

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

You can Customize the Product Page Layout from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product Page easily all the Options regarding the Single Product Page you will find there.

Hello! I need your help.I can’t install the theme porto. My web space is already full in the installation process.The installation page is stopped.I wait for an hour but the page still not response. I contacted my host,The host asked me to delete all the porto folder.I did it even deleted wordpress from my virtual host. What makes me crazy is my web space is still full.this morning i contact web host to make my host empty and then I try to install porto.I failed again with same issue.my host said to me ,I have no documents. the web logs ooccupy space.before install porto i don’t have logs because it is new website. my web space is 5G.I don’t think porto is so big. Please try to install/update your theme by yourself first if you fail then we will do it for you. Please follow the below steps: Your theme will be updated easily.

1. Take the complete backup of your current site.(If you are updating theme)
2. Go to CPanel wp-content/themes and rename old theme Porto to anything.(If you are updating theme)
3. Upload the latest zip file of the theme there in wp-content/themes.
4. Extract the zip file of the theme there.
5. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Appearance and activate the theme there.

Hi, the Counter Value Suffix doesn’t appear on frontend with Counter element… only Prefix is working. this stoped working with the last two theme updates. Thank you.

That option is active and the slider appears. But my question is about the style of the slider.

I am using Porto theme Construction (http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/construction/) and in the projects section, I see that the arrow that should leave to the next project, point to the left instead to the right and is titled as “Previous” but I consider that it should be titled as “Next”.

How I could fix this?. If I enter the first project the point to the real next project.

Actually, these arrows count the latest post or portfolio which you have added as a last Portfolio item and the oldest item considered as the first portfolio item as it work in the desc order as WP default functionality.

Is it possible to set the display of a single product image to square? In the earlier porto versions, all product images on the single product sites where crop to square, now with the newest update only the thumbnails are square again. Is there a css hack to make them to the old view?

To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

You must need to regenerate the image thumbnails after making the change in size then after that check your site after removing the cache you will not find an issue.

After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails on admin sidebar.

Sorry to say that but we have tested our latest Theme and do not find this issue. The issue is at your end and it is most probabely the third party plugin confiliction issue so please deactivate your site all the third party pluings and check your site after removing the browser cache hope you will not find an issu if yes then we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us through our support system.
