Do you mean to ask about the top bar that appears about the header or the header itself. If you want to enable the sticky on the header then there is an option in the options panel under the Top header settings section to enable sticky headers. Its just a simple checkbox. This enables sticky headers across the site. If you wish to enable it per page, you can use the ’Header Hero Section’ meta options in each page. But unfortunately the top bar which is present above the cannot be made sticky.

I am really glad you like our theme. These changes cannot be modified using the options in the theme but you can however use the custom CSS given below to achieve this. Kindly paste the code in the custom css setting under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS. Kindly ensure that Options Panel cache is NOT turned on.

If anyone else wants to change the Portfolio Details titles, ‘Client’, ‘Project Date’, Category etc. all you have to do is edit “public_html/wp-content/plugins/oshine-modules/includes/modules/project_details.php”. Just change the titles on each respective section.

Yes, and I really love the design of it (it’s much better designed than any other GDPR plugin I have seen design wise) – but:

1) it seams to lack some 3rd party embeds, it has youtume, vimeo and google maps – but it misses facebook pixel – right? (everyone uses facebook pixel I think, so it would be a good add on).

Some of these other GDPR plugins have like a line (like the custom css under general in the oshine theme has) – where you can place your own custom script, and give it your own label … (so the user can toggle it on off) ... that could be a way to do it …

Allow a few custom toggles.

It’s really the facebook pixel that is most important to me (since you are already able to hide the ip for google analytics).

2) Also the plugin seams to lacks the ability to have them all turned on, when they press “ok” in the popup ? (they have to toggle each one on automatically).

I want them to disable the cookies they don’t want to use, I don’t want them to have to enable every cookie manually.

So I really like your GDPR plugin … I just think it really needs these changes Would be great if you could make this add ons to the next version.

Esp. the lack of describing something like the facebook pixel to the visitors is vital important

Altså being able to not have them to turn everything ‘on’ before it works, but somehow be able to let them turn it off if they don’t want to … could somehow be important.

But that would need to be integrated with the overall consent (in the plugin).

I think you guys are really onto something here … This could be the greatest GDPR plugin I have seen so far if these things just got added

Regarding the error during the Import Process, it is likely to occur if your server configurations are insufficient. Kindly update your php.ini file with the following configurations.

max_execution_time = 300 (900 if you are using GoDaddy)
max_input_time = 120
max_input_vars = 2000
memory_limit = 128M
post_max_size = 10M
upload_max_filesize = 10M

If you are not familiar with modifying this, you can reach out to your server hosting provider who should be able to configure this for you.

We have not had other buyers face this issue, nor does it occur in our test or demo sites, so it is likely due to a server configuration.

Apologies about the issues you are facing. Oshine 5.0 is a major update and we have changed a lot of the functionalities in the theme and also reorganised the code structure. About the headers, the header files we completely fragmented and restructured in Oshine 6.0 which was also a big update where we introduced 8 new header and menu styles. This is the reason why your custom changes are also missing.

If the changes cater to a few files and if you could brief about the changes you had made using the contact form in the Support Tab, we will be able to point you in the right direction.

Kindly make sure that you have pasted your correct Instagram access Token , For the Instagram feed to be pulled in the site, you have to generate an Access Token. You can generate the Access Token at http://instagram.pixelunion.net/ and add the token under OSHINE OPTIONS > GLOBAL SITE LAYOUT AND SETTINGS. Note that , this token needs to be generated for the account that you using in the Module. If the problem persists, do email your URL, wp-admin id and password using the contact form in Support Tab.

1) It is likely a server issue that you are unable to install and activate the plugins using One Click Installer. You can however, install them manually. By navigating to PLUGINS > ADD NEW. Hey, the first code you provided worked pretty well, but for some reason it didn’t work very good when it came to the single posts. On the post page, where all the posts are shown I was able to increase the width with the first code you gave, but when I clicked on a single post, the alignment of the whole page went to the left? So that there were more padding on the right side of the phone screen than on the left.

The second code didn’t work at all as it should. It should only affect mobile screen.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your interest in purchasing the theme. Yes you can use the Fixed Right Sidebar Portfolio Style with V36 demo. The size requirement for image in a Fixed sidebar page is 1350px. This is to make sure the image occupies the container in all screen sizes. If you have smaller images will not be stretched and will be contained and aligned to the left. I can provide custom CSS code to center align the images in that case. Do let me know if you have further questions.

Unfortunately you cannot have the sticky sections and hero section enabled at the same time due to some technical difficulties. But however if you would like to have a slider in your hero section you can very well Edit the page with Tatsu, add Shortcode editor module to the first section and enter the slider shortcode in it.

We are using a 3rd party script for the light box gallery which by default pulls the natural dimension of the images and however if we try to change its width using custom CSS the alignment of the images will be disrupted, so unfortunately we cannot provide an option to reduce the size of the lightbox image. But however you can use the custom CSS code below to change the BG of the Image in Ligthbox -

    background-color: #ffffff;
}

You need to paste the code in the Custom CSS section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

You have a setting to turn ON auto slide in the testimonial module which is by default turned ON with the slider duration of 4000ms, this works the same way in both desktop and mobile devices, kindly have a look at the testimonial module of one of our demos here – https://oshinewptheme.com/v11/about-us-2/ in order to know how the testimonial module works. Unless you turn OFF the ‘enable slide show ’ option in the testimonial module there is no way that the auto slide will stop, but however if you have not turned ON the auto slide you have to pinch and swipe through the testimonial sliders in desktop. If by any chance you are trying to scroll through the sliders we would like to inform you that you would have to pinch and swipe in order to navigate through the slider, but if you do not wish to pinch and swipe you can turn ON the “Enable slide show option”. After all this if you still face any issue regarding the testimonial module kindly email your URL, wp-admin id and password via the private message form in the support tab, so I can investigate further and help you accordingly.
