The issue you are facing is because of the PHP version, Your site is using the PHP version below 5.6 which is not compatible with the theme so you have to change the PHP version of your site to minimum 5.6 and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/ And please try to upload the theme via Cpanel again as showing in the Complete Video Installation Guide of WordPress here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6mqyuDF4GY&feature=youtu.be

If you change or Overrides the Demo it will override the Pages, Products, Images. And you can easily Overrides the Demo on the site by just check yes to Override as showing in the below given screenshot:
You need to reset your WordPress then install a fresh new demo and remember it will remove all of your Content. Please use this plugin for resetting your WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/
OR

Please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Demo and Import any Demo as per your requirements and just un-check the Override before Importing the Demo it will Import the Demo for you and will not affect any of your Product, Categories, and Pages.

Hello, With the update of woocommerce version 3.5.0, we notice a malfunction when updating or adding attributes in a product with variations. The attribute is not modified or added after saving the “attribute” section. More, after saving, there is no more attribute. Could you do a test at home by modifying or adding an attribute in a variable product and then save. We have downgraded to woocommerce version 3.4.7 and everything is working again. Hello, We continue to look for where this problem may come from. Only one attribute is assigned. It is about colour. In the “attribute” section, this is set to the “color” type.
Okay, the terms and the attribute “color” have been deleted.
The database has been cleaned including transients.
A new attribute “colors” (with “s”) has been created including terms.
The type of the attribute always on “color”.
Result: same malfunctions
By changing the type to “choice”: it works.
It therefore seems that it is the “color” type that is the source of the problem.
That’s on our side. Now we need to take up all the variations of our products
We hope you will notice this same problem to find a solution.
We are back to version 3.4.7 of woocommerce in the meantime.

Sorry to say that dear but we have tested the latest Theme with the latest WooCommerce version and do not find this issue you are talking about, in fact, you can check it on our live Demos site as well the Color attribute works perfectly fine,

It means the issue is only on your site, and as you said that “By changing the type to “choice”: it works” so it also means that there is only an issue in the Color attribute on your site and it may be because of the setting or server or any third party plugin confliction issue, so please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login and CPanel Login details so we will check it for you and provide you the solution and reason for that but before that I suggest you to must check/test the theme on any other test server with only activated theme required/recommended plugins not any third party plugin on a fresh WP and check hope you will not find this issue.
Hi, Thank you for your attention. The product pages are not proof. Indeed, if you do not make any modifications to a product under administration, everything works. On the other hand, have you tried to modify or add the “color” attribute of an existing product in administration and then save the “attributes” section?
I cloned the site in localhost server to change the environment variables and make sure that the problem did not come from the host.
Then, I disabled all the extensions including those of the theme (All) except for one: woocommerce.
I refreshed my admin and tried again to change the “color” attribute of a product. The problem is still present: the color is not saved.
To make sure, simply add the attribute, then determine a term (a color) and save the “attribute” section. Then expand the menu and check for the presence of the term. Nothing saved!
In order to complete my tests, the htaccess file is basic.
At this point, I’m surprised you didn’t notice anything in administration with woocommerce version 3.5.0. A downgrade to 3.4.7 fixes the problem.

No there is no need to copied the files to the child theme. If you will update the theme and all plugins including Woocommerce plugin then it should work fine. I have tested the latest theme with the latest Woocommerce plugin but did not find any issue, the colors are saving after click the save attributes.
Please update the theme and all plugins then send me the WP admin and FTP login details of your site through our support system, so I will check and debug the site and tell you the solution for this issue.

Just checked your providing URL site and finds that you are using 4.4.5 version of the theme which is not Compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce and WordPress and WP Bakery as well so you have to update your theme to the latest version 4.7.3 and also the theme required/recommended plugins as well and then check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache hope your issue will solve.

All ThemeForest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

Sorry to say that but till now there is no option in the theme for adding/inserting the Widget into the Header or Footer, but I am forwarding your suggestion as a feature request to the development department to look through it in future coming updates of the theme. But for now, you can use “Wigitized Sidebar” WP Bakery element for achieving your needs.
1. Please go to Appearance >> Sidebar and create a new sidebar and named it anything as per your requirements.
2. Now you will find that sidebar into Appearance >> Widgets, so just set widgets into that particular sidebar as per your requirements.
3. Now please go to blocks and create a new block and named it anything as per your requirements.
4. Now use/add/insert the “Wigitized Sidebar” WP Bakery element in the block and you will find an option in the particular element to select the sidebar so just select the particular sidebar that you had created and save changes.
5. Finally, use that particular block slug name, into the shop archive page by editing the shop page, scroll below you will find view options and in view options, you will find Content top option, so just paste the block slug name into it and save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

1. Please update your theme to the latest version 4.7.3 and then update the WooCommerce to the latest version as well 3.5.0 you, you will not find an issue.
2. Regarding Site Speed: This is quite normal for all WordPress Websites. It is not the Theme-specific, but how Wordpress works. All Wordpress sites need to be optimized once launched.
You will need to optimize certain aspects of the Website in order to optimize the page load speeds.

1. Please follow the entire message for the speeding up your site which I already described above.
2. And yes, In newer version of the WooCommerce: Change Product Image Sizes To change image size: To change this setting now on the front end you have to go to customize>WooCommerce>Product Catalog and you can customize the store display from there.

You must need to regenerate the image thumbnails after making the change in size then after that check your site after removing the cache you will not find an issue.
Regenerate Thumbnails After changing the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen. Thumbnails on admin sidebar.
Explanation Woocommerce provides two image sizes: Main image width and Thumbnail width. Main image width is used on single product pages and thumbnail width is used in the archive(shop) pages.
Thumbnail is not a width of thumbnail images on thumbnail carousel in single product pages.
Otherwise, if you want any extra functionality you have to contact WooCommerce Support or you have to do it by yourself using Customization.
