I created another account just now and I didn’t get the verification email for the same email I gave here. Your online system/portal is quite messed up and has a lot of flaws so I can’t keep going back and forth when I’ve paid $99 for this damn theme. My question is SIMPLE. I purchased this theme after confirming here if this theme is compatible with 2.2.6 or not. Author said yes. Nothing is displayed correctly when installed. error says two css files are missing. Its two days since i opened the ticket and there is not reply or status update. I have already provided all the required login details for my store. Please provide the updated setup zip or missing css files.

I did all the things but your support is not good at all. If you have really sold the displayed number of themes, how come a basic error left. Missing files. I trusted your support and provided all the required logins of live site and in reply your support gave me few command lines to execute. I am not a technical person. I took help of another person to execute the commands. Mainly compilation and deployment of static content. And I am still getting the same error. I doubt with this support speed, I am able to deliver it or not.

hello,..today i submitted a ticket through the link provided in the attached index.html file in the guide folder of my purchased theme files. but when i try to view my ticket by signing in to www.magentech.com it says “Login denied!
