You can clearly see that I’ve purchased this domain and I have support here. I’m not sure why you can’t just answer my question here.

I purchased this theme after confirming here if this theme is compatible with 2.2.6 or not. Author said yes. Nothing is displayed correctly when installed. error says two css files are missing. Its two days since i opened the ticket and there is not reply or status update. I have already provided all the required login details for my store. Dear Author,
I did all the things but your support is not good at all. If you have really sold the displayed number of themes, how come a basic error left. Missing files. I trusted your support and provided all the required logins of live site and in reply your support gave me few command lines to execute. I am not a technical person. I took help of another person to execute the commands. Mainly compilation and deployment of static content. And I am still getting the same error. I doubt with this support speed, I am able to deliver it or not.

- Our theme is compatible with Marketplace Extension from some providers such as VNecoms, Webkul.. However, Module from Landofcoder has been not tested in our theme yet, so we can not conclude for you. If possible, you can give us package of this module so that we will test first and tell you result later.
- About Social Login, we have our own module, so if you want, we will install for you for FREE. If you still want to use module from landofcoder, the same action will be taken as above.
- You can modify mobile specific layout because this is different layout from others
