Please go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Activate and deactivate the Theme from there once and activate the theme again from there with the same purchase code and then try to Update the plugin hope it will work for you.

The issue you are facing is because of the PHP version, Your site is using the PHP version below 5.6 which is not compatible with the theme so you have to change the PHP version of your site to minimum 5.6 and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/ And please try to upload the theme via Cpanel again as showing in the Complete Video Installation Guide of WordPress here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6mqyuDF4GY&feature=youtu.be

Please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the Theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/requirements-for-theme/
And then try to Import Demo content via Standard Import Method hope you will not find an issue otherwise you can also Import the Demo via Alternative Import Method as well, In our latest theme you will find the Demo Import option into Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Install Demo and when you click on any Demo to Install the Popup will open which has 2 buttons Standard Import and Alternative Mode as showing in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/kg0s3w so if your server requirements meet the minimum requirements of the latest theme then you can import any demo by clicking onto the Standard Import button and if not then you have to click on the Alternative Mode Button it will Install the Demo on your site.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 23/12/2016. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

The warning clearly indicates that it is from WP Bakery plugin and I think WP Bakery is not fully compatible with the latest WordPress 5.0.2 or PHP 7.3, so please wait while WP Bakery releases its updated version fully compatible with the latest WP and PHP, otherwise you can directly contact with WP Bakery support and notify them this warning.

Please download the latest Arabic translation files of the Porto WordPress Theme from the below given links and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and change the site language to Arabic from there and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache, and you will not loose this when every you update the Theme and also you can change any word as per your requirements by editing the given po file using po edit software and then generate the mo file from that po file using po edit software and replace those files at the same place/path it will work for you.

Hi,

There is no option in the Theme Options to move the Category Description from top to bottom on the category page. But you can achieve it by following the steps listed below.

1. Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and create a new block.
2. Add/Write the Description in the particular block as per your requirements.
3. Save the block and click on quick edit and copy the block slug name.
4. Go to  Products >> Categories and edit the particular category.
5. After editing the particular category scroll below, you will find Content Bottom option.
6. Paste the block slug name in the Content Bottom Option and save change.
7. Finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

All Theme-Forest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multi site installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of Theme-Forest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Theme-Forest here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

There is no unlimited usage license.
