Hi there! Great theme! But since the latest update I have a huge problem. Everywhere on the website the Porto Recent Posts are not working in Internet Explorer. We use it on severel pages. How to fix this? Grtz, Herman

You will not find an issue. I think you are testing it on the old version of the browser or it must be the cache or any third party plugin confliction issue on your site nothing else.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 14/11/2018. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Could you please revert or at least give an option to choose the style of social icons displayed in the top bar? They were looking really nice on the website before (the small rounded icons), now they are huge, rectangular and almost the size of my logo in the header!

The issue you are facing is because of the PHP version, Your site is using the PHP version below 5.6 which is not compatible with the theme so you have to change the PHP version of your site to minimum 5.6 and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/ And please try to upload the theme via Cpanel again as showing in the Complete Video Installation Guide of WordPress here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6mqyuDF4GY&feature=youtu.be

Please download the latest Theme language translation files attached below and upload it to wp-content/languages/themes and then go to wp-dashboard >> setting >> general and change the site language as Arabic from there and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

And if you want to change any string/word as per your requirements, you can easily change it by editing the porto-ar.po file and change the word translation in it and save changes and then generate the porto-ar.mo file from that po file and place both Customized files at the same place. It will work for you.

just downloaded and tried to install the latest update. (was much over version 3.? prior) after updating the porto concept image 4 is OUTSIDE the circle. This seems to be the particular element CSS is not working on your site, This may be because of the minified CSS or because of the cache or because of any third party plugin confliction as well.
So please try once after deactivating all the third party plugins and removing the server, site and browser cache and also deactivate all the cache plugins from your site as well, hope you will not find an issue if yes then we have to deactivate your site and for that you have to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 24/03/2018. Hello, I can see the share link on the page, which is the bottom area, but on some pages I want to hide, I see the theme does not have this option, and the header area can customize the block, but there are some pages that need the header Structure, do not need some custom blocks, can I hide it? thanks, i can see it, about header structure issue, i want to say is that header builder you can set Logo, main menu(is needed),and sometimes i want to set block(porto block), you can add something to the block, such as links, and display it only on certain pages, then control it, such as Christmas, the entire site is displayed, and other times only on a few pages.

This is not possible with the particular way like you want, but this is possible with one possible solution, Like (you can add something to the block, such as links, and display it only on certain pages) for that Please go to Blocks and create a new Block and set it as per your requirements and then edit the particular page and scroll below you will find view options and under view options you will find content top option, Just paste that block slug name in the content top section and save changes now the particular block will only show on the particular page just under the header.

Yes, obviously it will, You have to use the Child Theme and then copy the same file into the Child Theme by creating same folder hierarchy in the Child Theme and then Customize it under Child Theme, then you will not loose it when ever you will update the Theme.

Really sorry for the inconvenience, I have just tested the latest Theme at my end and finds that you are right, Porto Testimonial is not working when you placed it inside Porto Advance Carousel. Please use/set the Testimonials under Porto Carousel element it will work for you, and also I am forwarding this to the development department to look through it and solve it asap with the new Theme update.

It looks like there was an issue updating the theme. I tried a backup of the website and installed the theme again and now everything works fine.

When you send out theme update email from ThemeForest, it would be VERY helpful to see a Changelog and versions of WordPress and Woocommerce supported, inside that email so most of us who are running critical production sites can immediately tell if we need to update or we can wait.

There’s an issue with your Advanced Carousel element since today’s update. I have a testimonial carousel that’s not showing up within the advanced carousel but when removed from the carousel they show up fine.
