Hello. I have bought your theme and is great but I have a problem… I need this masonry type of gallery but it’s not working. I have installed the whole theme fresh with all imports https://undsgn.com/uncode/features/media-gallery/. This is the example: Masonry Layout

Please check the docs, it’s suggested to not clone tabs and accordions (not duplicate the first but create from new after you have saved the page) but create from scratch.
Hi, I have installed the Related Post plugin and want to manually assign related posts. When doing this I can reorder the related posts just like it is mentioned in the support site. When I create the content block and add it to the post the ordering seems to be overwritten by the content block… anyway around this?

Thanks for the reply. I have followed the instructions on the support site before submitting my question. As mentioned it is working correctly except that the order is changing from the content block settings rather than the order of the related posts that I selected from the single post page.

Hi! Not sure why you need to change the order in the Content Block since the order need to be selected in the single Page Related Posts option, just leave the Posts module > Single > Custom Order set to Off. Hi coolunuz! It’s odd your site stopped working, a theme is a set of files… did you install something? It seems that Uncode Page Builder is not installed or active. Are you not able to install this plugin or activate it? What is the exact error you have?

Hi coolunuz! This can happen if something goes wrong with the update procedure but it’s super easy to fix. Just access your FTP and navigate to this folder “html/wp-content/plugins”, here you’ll see a sub-folder named “uncode-js_composer”, delete it and the re-install from the admin.

Hi 8thns1! Are you compliant with the server status requirements? This is caused by an incomplete render of the page and can be related to extra plugins or an issue with Memory Limit: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459889
This can also be triggered if you inserted some super heavy images (this can confirm that some similar pages work and other not) and your server is not able to process these bug images.

Just updated to wordpress 5.0.3 . All required plugins are there and up to date . I can only see the classic wordpress editor , with all the content . The website is still there but the WP Bakery Page builder looks empty.
Do you have extra plugins or Gutenberg plugin installed? What version of Uncode and WPBakery Page Builder you have? In case please upload a screenshot.
The visual composer is 5.5.2 and the WP Bakery Builder is 4.5.0. There is nog Gutenberg plugin installed as far as I can see .
Hi fdecoene! Please check carefully the article I sent you on first link, you need to have Uncode 1.9.3 and WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) 5.6 if you updated to WP 5.0+.
I can change the versions . Where is that link please ? Or can I change the WP version back to an older version ?
I also don’t see a possible to further update the WPBakery Page Builder. Everything seems to be updated
Update to Uncode 1.9.3 (or higher), update the required plugins and make sure you have selected the Disable Gutenberg Editor option in the WPBakery Page Builder → General Settings. When updating the theme don't forget to update Uncode Core and WPBakery Page Builder plugins as outlined in the Theme Update documentation. Updating after product registration does not work easily. I have uncode 1.9.1 , tried to update with the button under appearance/theme but the service / server was not available , and I recieved a notice that the theme had his newest version while it’s still not 1.9.3. I guess I have to remove uncode and install the newest version ? I also noticed that the layout under Option Utils disappeared .

Maybe yesterday there was a global problem with the popular Cloudflare network. Otherwise you can also use the Envato Market plugin official from Envato: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

Hi, this is an official plugin from Envato (not our stuff), so if also this popular plugin doesn’t work, this means and confirms you have a server issue that blocks external connections, the only method you have is to update the theme manually via FTP.

Coincidence or not . Suddenly I had a update for the envato plugin and uncode core plugin. After updating I had the latest theme version and everything works again. A whole difference and much easier instead of starting from backups.

When I create a post with a WPBakery there is no title in Content. When I create a post with classic editor then it has a title in Content. Whit WPBakery I have to put a heading but then I do not have the post-info. How do I have a title in Content with WPBakery? Hi hjtricas! We are sorry but actually this is not possible, on the far right you can add an extra menu and Call to Action buttons but not Widgets (not sure how you can add normal WordPress widgets in a menu area). Let us know if you need more infos!
Is there anyway to code it? it is the godaddy reseller pluging that has to have a cart and login tab on the menu and both of those items are widgets. Is there anyway to create a widget area on the main menu?

Hi cali75! Your version is from 01/11/2016 and we cannot grant if everything will work with PHP 7, also regarding packed plugins. We suggest to check in some local installation if you want to be sure there are no problems.
