Please make sure that you have these three plugins deleted before Installing and using the Porto Functionality plugin: (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type), and why you have to remove those the answer you will find in the below-given Note.
Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is a combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for visual composer as well it is up to you.

I am using your template on a website which is both a shop and a blog. For the blog pages, I would like to use a completely different header. I was going to achieve this by creating the blog header as a Block and choosing “Hide Header” on each blog page. Is this the best way to achieve this?
Also, please note that Porto Settings > Post > Blog > Blog Banner Position and Blog Banner Type do not appear to work, but when I set them manually per page they do set correctly and display.

Can you please make sure that you have updated the theme.css files as well, and It might be because of the Minification of FontAwesome Icons from Speed Optimized Wizard, The new version of Font Awesome also requires font-weight: 900; when you use solid icons in custom CSS classes. It must be the third party plugin confliction issue on your site. Please make sure that you have updated all the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and also please make sure that your site WooCommerce plugin is also updated and the database of WooCommerce is also updated and check your site after deactivating all the third party plugins and removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not find this issue and if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve it for you.
I have 5 licence with DEMO4 . 3 of them updated to 4.9.6, all updated have problem with tabs. One of them clean DEMO4 have same problem. Can You check 4.9.6 with DEMO4?

I got this response in the ticket system: “These all are CSS issues, Actually, we have the Custom CSS on our RTL Demo that has fixed the Custom CSS in RTL version and when you Import that RTL Demo it will also Import that Custom CSS, but as you know that you have not imported that RTL version, so you have to fix/set the Custom CSS for that RTL pages/version of your site.”
What is RTL demo if you don’t mind me asking? I’m a little confused, I used the theme wizard to import the Finance demo, I had to use the non-default import method because it said my webhost didn’t support it even though I’m on Bluehost hosting, recommended for Porto theme.
I replied to the ticket asking this also follow up on the issues but the ticket was closed, it’s fine I’ll make individual tickets for the issues remaining but wanted the RTL thing explained, I imported the demo according to the documentation instructions and since auto update didn’t work for me I also followed your instructions for manual update. I wanted to know what I did wrong with importing the demo.

I updated manually to Version: 4.9.4, is RTL in the newer versions after that? It’s not mentioned in the documentation and I’d like to know what I did wrong because I honestly still don’t know what RTL stands for even though you sent me a link to an RTL version of porto theme.

Let me clarify this for you, Porto WordPress is fully compatible with RTL version, You just have to use/set the RTL language for your site from WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and it will work for you smoothly, but only for a single language, but you are using multiple languages as RTL and LTR on your site with the help of a Plugin, and you have translated the pages on your site using the language plugin, although it also works perfectly fine, but you are facing some of the design issues because you have not translated the pages properly, and also the design changes you were face in RTL language pages on your site that it was not same as like in the LTR version, It was because of LTR pages on your site there was some Custom CSS set in your pages but it was missing in the RTL pages, we just copy that CSS from LTR to RTL pages and included the .rtl class with the Custom CSS and it worked.
Hope this is it and all clear now, You have to read the plugin carefully and completely before using it and translation your site using the language plugin.

That’s much more clear to me now thank you, I’m not sure what went wrong with WPML because another porto demo worked fine for me with the same steps on a different website, I’ll try to see what I can do on my end with the custom CSS per translated page and if I’m having trouble I’ll open individual tickets for the issues.

So Please update your Theme to the very latest version and also update the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and make sure to update the WP to the latest version as well and then finally check your site after deactivating all the third party plugins and removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not find an issue and if yes then contact us with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve the issue for you.
Thanks for the support, This issue is caused due to the jetpack plugin lazy image option. I disabled the lazy image option. Now product filters in shop page works well.

I use one plugin Porto Functionality. I do not see three plugin (Porto Widgets, Porto Short code, Porto Content-Type) . I update the WP Bakery Plugin 5.6 to 5.7 version and fixed the problem.
