Getting there with the theme now – moved to a faster host and its LOADS better.
I have a question around search – I have the premium version of Yith WooCommerce AJAX Search – which I know you have based your product on the free one. With the premium one, it enables you to have a drop down as you type in product descrtiptions as per:

I have tried getting it to work with the shortcode and heading editor and it works in the editor – but when its published, even with the Porto heading disabled – it overwrites the code and doesn’t produce the pop up.
Is there a fix for this?

Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Live Search and turn OFF the Live Search from there and then go to Plugins and activate Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search plugin and then check your site after removing the browser cache, I hope you will find Live search working, This is the default functionality of the Theme, Live Search and Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search will not work together, you can only use one at a time.

Honestly – anyone reading this worried about purchasing this theme – support is amazing and as long as you have a decent host the site is responsive. Setting options are vast too and it works well with a lot of other plugins!

This is not a standard way of testing the site, The standard way of testing the site as you have to test the site on real devices or on a simulator like here: http://www.responsinator.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mrudukanga.lk%2F
Because the site/theme works on some standard screen resolution sizes already defined in the Custom CSS and when that particular screen resolution size breaks abnormally like resizing the browser then site also works abnormally.
And also Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site as well.

Just too many bugs at almost every stage of usage. This is not good for a theme that has been created about 4 years ago.

Hi, don’t get me wrong here. I wasn’t saying you didn’t treat my tickets, I was only worried as to having to always open ticket for every bit of issue.
Meanwhile, in my previous comment, I called your attention to the absence of sticky cart option for mobile screens, and you said your team will work on that. Other two things I will suggest is:
1. The modern design of most themes is to make the mobile screens more ejoyable and easy for customers. In a bit to improve this, I will suggest that your theme add the bottom Menu options that most theme now employs(as seen here http://prntscr.com/muzscb, http://prntscr.com/muztik )
2.Also, may be you can help with the new way most popular site now present the footer sections with Accordion- as seen in the red footer section here http://prntscr.com/muztsp
3.Also, is there a way I can just disable the sticky menu for larger display but have it on small screens. The option on the “Theme Options” disable it on all screens.

Please make sure that you have these three plugins deleted before Installing and using the Porto Functionality plugin: (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type), and why you have to remove those the answer you will find in the below-given Note.
Note: Please take a complete backup of your site before update the theme and also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Shortcode, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is a combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for visual composer as well it is up to you.
OR Please make sure that you have updated the WP bakery plugin as well.

I created a portfolio with 4 portfolio images as featured images. I checked the box use featured images as portfolio. Only the first image appears. Adding Porto Portfolios to a page using the ID number of my one portfolio also only shows one image. The portfolio is set to slideshow and never rotates to the next image. 1) How do I properly add images to a portfolio to show a changing slideshow of the several portfolio images? 2) How do I get the images to rotate. Animation is set to fadein duration 1000 and delay of 3. Only the first featured images fades in, then no other images appear.

i would also like to say thankyou for fixing Porto. im about to use it live but there are always bugs at each releases. im just hope you guys find a way to fully test before releasing updates as it can have a cost for people running live shops.

2. This section is for the CSS ID, You can style the particular element as per your requirements as well using Custom CSS. It works as described below.
You have to add the ID under ID option and then go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and use that ID for styling the element using Custom CSS as per your requirements.

Since the last update Product Categories lost the ability to configure the categories pages and the ability to add a Page banner via Blocks is gone. File was replaced with the “Ordinary Woocommerce Catogory” file. I’ve communicated this extensively with support but instead, they just broke my site and I had to put it back together. They blamed it on the server…lol…I’m a React developer. I know the “Blame it on the server and blame it on IE” tactics. The Server doesn’t make input fields and UI components disappear.
The theme wouldn’t install with demo and had or accept my purchase code either by the way. Nothing but bad luck so far. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the theme.

I have searched tirelessly on how I can limit the product title to a particular number of words , and I came across this php code below:
