Trying to add a new blog and I am getting this message “The editor has encountered an unexpected error” Attempt recovery | copy post text and copy error – clicked on them all and nothing happening.

I believe the problem in your case may be due to a conflict with server settings or possibly a conflict with a plugin.

Are you able to temporarily turn off all other plugins and check to see if the error still happens? This will help rule out a plugin conflict.

I really like your theme and all the options it gives. But I have a problem with your Theme Options, as I have edited the colors in Skin, but they do not change at all, only when I open Appearance > Customize the colors are updated. Do you have any idea what the issue may be…?

When you will change the Demo then all the Custom CSS and Theme Options will be reset, So before changing the Demo please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Import/Export and Download the Theme Options file as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/I5nLapf.png

And then after Importing the new Demo you can again Import the Theme Options from the same place with the same option.

Hello! I’m getting error in Google search console Mobile usability – “Clickable elements too close together”. Affected page is just simple default Blog page with no any customizations made from my side (it is here: https://mekoome.com/blog/ ). After hours of investigating, I think, I understand what is wrong – “Read more” box is too narrow, because according to Google’s recomendations clickable content should be minimum 48 px in height and width and this element is only 22 px in height. I tried several ways to edit this element in style.css adding to it paddings, but no luck. Could you please suggest how can I do that? Which css code I should add?

Hi There, I am trying to make the site in German but having some issues. I have downloaded the files for German from dropbox (found the link on one of your previous comments) uploaded the files to: wp-content/languages/themes and set the language to Deutsch but I still see English words on many places. Words such as: Show, Sort By:, cart page, checkout page….

HI support team, I need a little help!

I have updated porto theme today. My site was malwared so I had to delete all the plugins including woocommerce. But after re-installing woocommerce, all the products in product section of wordpress admin panel were reset.

I mean, now, all the products have the same title ‘Product’ and they all are uncategorized, and also they have no images and details. but all the products are showing really well in website live view. and woocommerce is also working really well.

please help me get back my products.

note: I have updated my porto theme almost after 10 months.
