I really like your theme and all the options it gives. But I have a problem with your Theme Options, as I have edited the colors in Skin, but they do not change at all, only when I open Appearance > Customize the colors are updated. Do you have any idea what the issue may be…?

When you will change the Demo then all the Custom CSS and Theme Options will be reset, So before changing the Demo please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Import/Export and Download the Theme Options file as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/I5nLapf.png

And then after Importing the new Demo you can again Import the Theme Options from the same place with the same option.

Hello! I’m getting error in Google search console Mobile usability – “Clickable elements too close together”. Affected page is just simple default Blog page with no any customizations made from my side (it is here: https://mekoome.com/blog/ ). After hours of investigating, I think, I understand what is wrong – “Read more” box is too narrow, because according to Google’s recomendations clickable content should be minimum 48 px in height and width and this element is only 22 px in height. I tried several ways to edit this element in style.css adding to it paddings, but no luck. Could you please suggest how can I do that? Which css code I should add?

Found a decision by increasing paddings in .accordion-menu li.menu-item>a, and google started veryfication – seems to be done!

Hey, Thank you very much for your helping. I (the support team) have changed my logo on my page (many thanks for that), but there are still some problems here. The support team have fixed the General and Skin Options on my WP ADM, but after some hours it turned back to code again which means I cannot design my website now because I cannot use code. I dont know why it happened, was something I did wrong or it is a code issue? Another problem is that the demo/the theme does not work well on telephone. The support team have fixed it for few few hours, and then it turned back with the samme problem again. I wonder if there are other people experiencing these issues, or I am the only one?

Hi There, I am trying to make the site in German but having some issues. I have downloaded the files for German from dropbox (found the link on one of your previous comments) uploaded the files to: wp-content/languages/themes and set the language to Deutsch but I still see English words on many places. Words such as: Show, Sort By:, cart page, checkout page….
Please let me know what should I do to make the site 100% German!

It might be because of the Minification of FontAwesome Icons from Speed Optimized Wizard, The new version of Font Awesome also requires font-weight: 900; when you use solid icons in custom CSS classes. I have updated porto theme today. My site was malwared so I had to delete all the plugins including woocommerce. But after re-installing woocommerce, all the products in product section of wordpress admin panel were reset.
I mean, now, all the products have the same title ‘Product’ and they all are uncategorized, and also they have no images and details. but all the products are showing really well in website live view. and woocommerce is also working really well.
please help me get back my products.
note: I have updated my porto theme almost after 10 months.

I know my support has ended but the really annoying issue of the header/skin colour changes not updating is still persistent. I have tried everything but still can’t get the sticky header to change colour, it always remains transparent on scroll. I have zero caching and this problem has persisted through every update of Porto. Your theme also has various caching issues with Chrome, with even hard browsers refreshes or clearing browser cache manually does not always show many colour/Skin changes. And as for website users, do we expect them to hard refresh their clear their browser cache so changes can be seen? Your theme is excellent and I want to purchase another licence for a new project I’m building but if changing a header colour wastes half my day it’s very off putting. Also almost religiously after every theme update header fonts and colours all get messed up and then take hours of tweaking and hard refreshing and clearing browser cache to revert them back. I have used many themes for many projects and do not have these issues.

It must be the browser cache issue at your end nothing else, and sorry to say that but there is mo linkage of the browser cache with any particular site or Theme, The browser cache is purely related to the particular browser.

Thanks for the reply. I am building a site on a development domain and have been testing with various themes including Porto. So the site you looked at ‘carbon autohaus’ – that is not the site in question, though I have had many of the same issues with that site too, and I dread to update it to the latest Porto version. For the site displaying the clear sticker header, I have ended up editing the template to fix it. Every device I test on, Windows, Mac, Android, IOS etc exhibit various issues recognising colour/font updates depending on the browser used.
Mostly these issues are header/menu related. PS, as for my support, I’ll purchase another full product licence for my new project I’m working on in the next day or two, just waiting for my customer to confirm that he wants to use Porto which he will.
I’m not imagining this issue. I have spotted issues in other themes too (Newsmag) which forced 3 updates to be released that included the issues that I highlighted to them. On the third time, because of my previous history they took my word for it.

You have to go to Blocks and create a new block and set it as per your requirements and then copy the slug name of that particular block and go to categories and edit the every single category and paste the block slug name under category options under content top, or content bottom as per your requirements it will work for you.

This cause a critical error names ” Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified ” in google search console that affects all products pages .
This is cause page rank drop ,please ask your seo team to check this issue .

this was an issue with the woocommerce itself buy they did solve the problem . Porto users still have the issue due to inline schema implementation ,
problem solved by woo : check astra/woocommerce demo with google Structured Data Testing Tool as reffrence => https://websitedemos.net/brandstore-07/
for outputting schema markup woocommerce start using JSON+LD . Also Yoast SEO 11.0 features a completely rewritten Schema.org implementation and update it continuously according to google guidelines (as expected from a SEO Plugin) so I appreciate if you would remove the inline schema from the theme .

Products which don’t have any review rating occur this warning.
We couldn’t add “offers”, “review”, or “aggregate Rating” for empty reviewed product. That’s because it requires more than 0 review count and review stars.
So you need to input at least one review for all products to remove this warning.
This is not a bug. Warnings tells there is no review/rating for that product.
But we can’t fix 2 warnings even though we set review/rating for products.Brand and gtin, | isbn | mpn.

I have provided you the solution above already, and this is not possible because this is not related to the Theme, As you know WP Bakery Page Builder plugin and also some more plugins like WooCommerce, Slider Revolution, Contact Form, etc.. those are the plugins you have used on your site and all of them has their own CSS standards and we are not able to remove all the plugins inline markups, It will generate thousands of other issues as well, and Yoast SEO plugin is fully supported by Porto WordPress Theme you can try with it.
And please change your review now, You are giving the same bad review again and again as because of this and I already provided you with all the solutions.

1. Sorry to say that but this is not possible as you do not use/change the layout of the single product page as like the Home Page.
2. Yes, You can easily show/set this as per your requirements on any page using Porto Products or Porto Category elements.
3. Yes, you can show the portfolio Archive page as Grid, Masonry, TimeLine, Medium, Large, Full layout.
