Theme is BROKEN!

There is a BUG in: Theme options > Post > Single post > Show slideshow – [ Yes | No ] This option is not working as it should. No matter what you set there is “Slideshow” in post anyway.

No matter what layout is set.

To switch “Slideshow” off need to do it at each post options.

Yes, you can, The Blocks, HTML section that you are showing in your providing screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/n0e6tn
is used for Globally on the site and you can simply use HTML and Shortcodes in it as per your requirements.

So for using on any specific page, Please go to Blocks and create a new Block and set any element or HTML in it as per your requirements and then edit the particular/specific page and scroll below you will find view options under view Options you will find:

Content Top
Content Inner Top
Content Inner Bottom
Content Bottom

and paste the block slug name in any of the above-listed options and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache it will work for you.

We added empty alt tags for all images inside theme, because if there’s no alt tag for an image it may affect google page speed or search engine. If you wants to edit alt tags, so you should do that by manually. We just added alt tags for all images, empty or just that image’s name.

Thanks Yes. The SEO test shows me that in the block where I have a slide show (img class = “porto-ibanner-img” style = ”” alt = ””) there is no Alt image attribute. Each image has an ALT attribute assigned to the media library. In SEO it shows that it is missing. Question; How do you physically do it manually to add the alt attribute to all of the images in the block? Where to do it?

I am trying to set this theme up and it keeps saying:

PHP max_execution_time 30 Minimum 300 is required, 600 is recommended.

PHP max_input_vars 1000 Minimum 2000 is required

I have made a php.ini in the wp-admin and added the changes yet it still does not see the change.

How can I fix this?

Your documentation says: “You can update these [premium] plugins through setup wizard or Appearance > Install Plugins page”.

I tried update Revolution Slider with Appearance method, but it didn’t work – I deactivated plugin, uninstalled it, then tried to install new, but WP said that for my PORTO version (which was the latest) I need newer Revolution Slider version – WTF?

So I tried second method – go setup wizard again, I did everything that setup wizard asked and it completely ruined my site! It installed it’s own child theme and my child theme is gone! Which means – My site is gone! WTF?! There was not a single word, that this would happen!

Hi, thanks for you answer but maybe there was a misunderstanding I’m speaking about a way to creating re-usable sections of elements and share on many pages: for example, imaging to have several products with the same table of color, so I can create the table and add to each product, if I need to add a new color I add the new one on the element and all the product are update at once from a single location. I can’t believe that a so cool theme don’t have this feature. Sorry for the mis-understanding, I got it now, You can achieve it easily using Blocks, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and create a new block and set anything in it as per your requirements and save it. Then quick edit the block and copy the block slug name and then go to Products and edit every single product and scroll below you will find view options and under view Options you will find:

Content Top
Content Inner Top
Content Inner Bottom
Content Bottom

and paste the block slug name in any of the above-listed options and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache it will work for you.

Now if you want to change anything you just have to edit that particular block and change in it and save changes and it will apply on all the products in which you have used the particular block.

Guys, I need to know if I am the only one that is having issues with buttons through WP-Bakery since updating the plugin to the latest version on my dev site. Basically you create a button using WP-Bakery and should be able to select the colours from the first tab as normal. Unfortunately, the options under “Porto Options” override whatever I set. For example, I create a brand new button and select the colours from the WP-Bakery drop down menu to be orange with white letters. The Button continues to be grey with black which are what the theme defaults are! Thankfully I did not update my live site to the latest version as it would have changed my website.

Ive just paid the theme, and a main option is not working. The WPBakery page bulder is inaktív. Its need license, how can i get it? I thought its in the theme price, i cant use this theme without it!

I’ve deactivated the page builder then reactivated and now is working on the wordpress pages, but not working on the Woocommerce Products pages! How can I use PAGE BUILDER on product pages?

I think the theme has a bug in the registration form. I am using the shop 11 template, by the way. It was impossible for new users to register because of an error, “passwords do not match”, even though there is only one field for the password, there’s no field for password confirmation. Reading the other comments here I saw other people had the same problem, but the proposed solutions didn’t make much sense, because I believe this is a bug in the theme that should be fixed by the developers.

In the file inc/functions/woocommerce.php, the function registration_errors_validation contains code to compare the passwords, but there is only one password that is posted, so that comparison will always trigger an error. However, that piece of code is only executed if the registration form is set to “full” in the theme options. If you set it to “short”, which is what I ended up doing, then this bug disappears because the faulty code won’t be executed.

We just update the theme and we see large changes. One of these update has disable the HTML code that we us on our portfolio page.

Explanation. Under a Portfolio page you’ll see the option “Portfolio Options”. Under that option we us the Locations area. In this line we us some HTML code with some portfolio information that is showing on our homepage.

Unfortunately in one of your latest updates the option to fill-in some HTML in these lines are disable. We have tried every line in the Portfolio Options (Portfolio Link, Client Name, Client URL , Author Quote, Author Name, Author Role). When we update the page the HTML is not showing any more in any line.

Hope you can help me with this fact so that we can solved this problem soon.

Hi P-themes

We just have update the theme and the problem is almost solved. When we us some html in the fields LOCATIONS under the portfolio options and we save the page the HTML will remains in this line. But images that we us is not visible on our homepage we only see the HTML code () and not the images ;))

Hope you can update this little function soon in your theme or let me know which file we have to edit.

Sorry for the confusion,

Yes, There is an option in the Theme for showing and hiding the Price from the Products, You have to use Catalog Mode and then you will be able to hide the Price from products but not specifically, If you want to remove the Price from Specific products then you have to use Custom CSS for that for every single product.
