4/12 means that you have 3 images, bow you have 3/12.
Yes I would like 3 images in each row. I am pretty sure it worked fine before. So i would like 4/12 + 4/12 + 4/12 = 12. But I get 4/12 + 4/12 + blank. Last images jumps to next row. Like some padding/margin is being added.

Incredible after the help offered in real time and showed you that everything is working in a random installation, you even bad rate the theme when we asked to open a private ticket as every user do, don’t expect any help from now. Support expiration is not a rule from our team, this is part of the Envato policy you have accepted at the moment you bought the theme. We cannot help if we don’t have logins to your site and the only why is to share in our private Help Center. We as author have also to abide by the terms of contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and marketplace own interests.

You are wrong, you reported that “somehow my shop layout broke”, so you know that originally everything worked as expected and we are not responsible for this! We have also chatted with you in real time (23 replies) to help debug. You bought Uncode long time and you got 6 months of support included to report any possible issue. Now if something is not working for you anymore what do you expect from us? That we request your logins to access your site and check? Support expiration is from Envato not from us, you cannot expect that we ask your logins otherwise 50.000 users should expect the same. These are the marketplace rules and your rate is highly incorrect.
ps: a bug/error is replicable in any site based on a theme, this is something that start happening in your installation (as you reported).

I was just rating my experience with the theme not your support. The grid is messed up. I did 3 fresh install yesterday.
Please reply my question, do you see the same issue on our demo or any of the showcased websites? Did you tested another browser? The odd part is that you have not bought Uncode yesterday and you used also in the past. In any case we accept every rate, even the incorrect ones like yours. Unfortunately every now and then some users retaliate with bad rate because they don’t want to be compliant with marketplace policies of support (probably they expect also lifetime support)!

It’s really odd that a top seller theme don’t work just for you, not work demo contents and also layouts are now broken unexpectedly from a moment to another (“I am pretty sure it worked fine before”). The fact is that the item doesn’t have problem, before you can say a popular item is broken it’s needed a verification (moreover, if everything works for about 50,000 users and fails for one). In this it’s necessary to verify you don’t have server problems or extra plugins. Just cutting in words if only in your installation items are not aligned this is not caused by the theme but it’s coming from something else (100%).

What are the problems you have in IE specifically? Checking your site I don’t see problems: the only thing we note is this and it’s caused by the low line height assigned to the element ( https://undsgn.d.pr/Jo9Mwt ). There is also an issue with the footer columns but this is not original from Uncode and it’s all custom codes (in fact you used flex method that is not supported).

No, even if the official WordPress suggested PHP version is 7.3 the fact that animation are not smooth enough for you are related to IE itself, this is known to be a problematic and not powerful browser. Unfortunately we cannot help too much with, these are limits of the browser itself related to the internal engine of ie. Anyway if this is critical for you and you are not happy just ask for a refund but we cannot help fix the famous problems coming from this browser.

Hi, it seems pretty odd since none of the actual 50.000 customers reported problems and as told in old IE version animations are not fluid for browser problems itself (you just need to search on Google to check this is not an issue of Uncode) but anyway ok, it’s fine. We wait your request.
Until now, animations have been doing well on IE10 or above with other themes. Could you identify the problem? For now, we have to go through different themes and have to request a refund.
Not sure what hardware you have but from here they are fine on modern IE versions.
The most important thing at the moment is animation. This is a problem because the animation tag is not compatible with IE10 or later. The most important part of theme selection is animation. It also says that the uncode theme purchase screen is compatible with ie9 version. If you can not request a refund, I think you donated it. I’m in a bad mood ~

I was changing the copyright text of the bottom of my website (appleosophy.com) and somehow it messed up the header, background, and menu bar. I looked in the Uncode settings and it appears that almost all of the color palettes are missing. The only one that is not missing is black. The color picker is also missing. But currently, as the color palettes are missing, the header/menu is transparent including the background. I do indeed have a backup before this happened, I just don’t know what files to switch out to fix this if that is possible. Hi, sadly this is one of the most annoying issue you can have and we cannot help to recover your options if you don’t have a backup. If you are not complaint with the Max Input Vars you risk to lost your Theme Options, please find detailed info (note that you have also a red alert in Theme Options page and the System Status is the first page you see when you install Uncode): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459869
Moreover the required 3000 are for the basic Uncode setup and packed plugins, if you have all these extra plugins that add Custom Post Types you need to have even more than 3000 to stay safe.
We do have a backup before this issue happened.

Like do I need to swap files from the backup or something?
I don’t know what type of backup you performed, the steps are relative to the tool you used. Anyway I refer to a DB backup not file backup.
