Hi there, I was an idiot and deleted WooCommerce so I could try Easy Digital Downloads. I’m going back to WooCommerce now and re-installed all the plugins, but I’m getting this message:

Something has gone wrong with my wp cron and I don’t know how to fix it? The theme is 3.8.3 so I think that’s the latest? Thanks
Also I’ve tried to download and reinstall the theme from my account and I’m getting this error:

You can enable WP CRON by adding the code below into the wp-config.php file.

Please take a look at here for the installation issue of the theme.
I can’t find that file, and I’m not good enough at all this to start editing theme files. Is there no easier way to do this? Can I not reset it at all? I’m really struggling. All I did was delete a few WooCommerce plugins, it’s caused all this trouble 
You can get information about how to edit the wp-config.php file from here. Also you can get help from your hosting provider.
Ok I’ve managed to get the theme and woocommerce working.
can I ask, when you first install Flatsome, did it come with wp-cron and wp control plugins?
I’ve installed the theme on brand new site and it didn’t come with them, but i noticed them on my old site and im not sure how they got there? (I’m not using Flatsome currently on my old site, so I’m still only using the licence on the one site!)
can you advise? can you also advise specifically what plugins come with the theme so i can cross-check and make sure ive got them all? thanks
Hi, I have changed my header from transparent to white background, however just after the change, the search bar and menu are not visible anymore. I think the issue had to do with the color of the search form and menu as they all in white. How do I change this? thanks

Try to use the transparent header page template that doesn’t end with “light text”.

No need to redesign anything. That’s the same template except for the font color. You can change it from the page templates at the right sidebar of the Wordpress page editor. Just edit your page and you’ll see that.

Since I updated woocommerce to version 3.6.2, in the single page product I cannot increase the product quantity using the ”+” button. And it shows this message in console:

As you pass the mouse the image changes and shows the shoe from another perpective, so basically it switches to another image. Do you know any css useful to do that? Thank you!

We have search all comments here and your answer to the majority of them with the same issue is to submit a ticket cause support has ended. We realize that is the best practice for you but you could also suggest Server specs for your theme in order to load fast and nice. So what are the best server specs for flatsome?

I can’t see such a button on that product page. Checked with Safari, Firefox and Chrome. If you see that, most probably comes from a payment gateway plugin. And a purple colored Buy button evokes the Stripe Payment Request.
I have mentioned this before but it’s getting missed in the updates.
Please make sure the theme is using the latest Font Awosome. I need some icons but the current version is old.

I purchased flatsome a while back and am very happy with it. I now need to purchase for another site but need the bottom header section to be split into 4 parts instead of 3. Is this possible or do i have to look for another theme?

It may be a little bit hard to split because you’ll need to modify the template file, header builder and CSS. Doesn’t that work to use a 4 column UX Block below the main header?

I noticed that the UX elements when applied to see only mobile or desktop, it still loads the element whether you are in a resolution or another, it is just hidden.
