is it good practice to redirect Content block pages ?uncodeblock= to home page? or leave it accessible?
Hi dariusju! Content Blocks are just page fragments and they are not accessible as stand alone contents, so if you are not logged they are not visible and you have a redirect to the homepage.
I’m trying to add Adobe Fonts to the theme but they’re not being properly added. It seems that the API key and kit are being recognized, but the fonts are not appearing when added to the Font Imports and then the Theme Options > Typography area…. the theme just seems to be resorting to the Serif and San Serif system fonts instead. Please help!

Just imported the demo and am disappointed that the color schemes are not even matching your preview demos. Why not? How can we get this data so we can match exactly the color schemes in your preview without having to go in one-by-one into the theme options > palette? Thanks.
Hi ehong33234! There are just few gradients that are not the same of original demo and this is to save resources, you have the original layouts and functionalities with slightly differences. Anyway if you don’t like it you can request a refund, this is not a problem.

I have a valid purchase license, the old developer who purchased this for the client is no longer on the project. Questions. How do I get support for the following question? On the media Gallery, many of the clients oEmbeds are vimeo and when they add them in the page builder, the tile is blank. Is there a hook I can add that will add the Title to each thumbnail when editing the Media Gallery? Just need to set a specified order requested by the client.

Hello, Is there any way to remove “Archive” from site name (that’s displayed in a browser tab) from portfolio site? I managed to change “portfolio” word to a different one, “Archiwum” (Archive) word is displayed no matter what (setting up custom title in Uncode theme settings didn’t help either). Hi whynotzoidberg! This is a default from WordPress and you can use plugins like the free Yoast SEO if you need to modify the page titles.
Thanks! Yoast SEO was both culprit and solution – I successfully managed to remove “Archive” word from page title thanks to that plugin (client installed it and it added “Archiwum” word to portfolio site by default).

Guys, there’s a major issue with theme v2.1.0 where the cart is getting deleted when trying to upgrade / downgrade a variable subscription. I have concluded that this is a theme issue by following this troubleshooting process:
1. Disable cache on cloudflare 2. Disable all caching on host 3. Disable all non-core plugins (except essential uncode and woocommerce plugins) 4. Clear woocommerce transients and user sessions 5. Remove cart from menu in theme options 6. Monitor XHR requests on browser console 7. Use the core theme (i.e. not child theme) 8. Test with official storefront theme (and this works as expected)
Details about the problem:
1. After choosing new variation of the subscription product customer is redirected to checkout 2. A call to admin-ajax.php is made on checkout page with the action (form) set to woomenucart_ajax. This is absent when testing with storefront theme 3. The cart hash and cart count cookies are set as expected in the request to the server but the return response sets these cookies to 0 4. This results in the error messages “[product name] has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance.” & “Your session has timed out”
I am not renewing support because this is unlikely a localised problem given the exhaustive troubleshooting steps undertaken to isolate the problem to the theme.

Hi guys! Thanks for the speedy response. We’re using WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. The product type this issue occurs with is a variable subscription. The URL is feastively.com. For a new customer, signing up to the product, it works as expected. However, this problem only occurs when a registered, signed-in customer goes to WooCommerce my account and chooses to change their subscription. They are then taken to the single product detail page, which I believe is controlled by WooCommerce. Upon trying to “purchase” the new subscription variation, they’re taken to checkout, which is where this problem occurs. We have a clause where the customer can only have one active subscription at any time. The same problem occurs when switching across subscription products i.e. moving from Subscription Product A to Subscription Product B.

Move to elementor, visual composer is horrible.
Hi josemanuel and thank you for taking time to share your thoughts but we really don’t think that visual composer is horrible. The only top theme in ThemeForest that switched to Elementor has also seen a terrible decrease in sales and customer ratings.This is not to say that Elementor is not a good product but you know you really want to know there are even better page builders, the best thing they can do is marketing and their convincing campaign worked very well (even if the product is less than other visual page builders).
Hi thanks for your response, but im not agree with that, Jupiter theme is one of the most selled theme here, about elementor is easier to work with and their frontend builder is awesome, of course vc is a great plugin but now is like iphone they have great technology but they dont go forward, i really like your theme, but after my experience with elementor i will choose a theme with it. However you can find more info here https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/115000880409 As short answer, I can say that if your site will be a multilanguage site, with the same URL, it is considered a single end product and one license is enough. If you create two sites with different URLs I guess they are considered two different products. Hello I am very happy with the theme. But I have an issue with Google indexing pages, which do not exist. I have deleted everything, that is not related to the website (pages, products, categories, posts, taxonomies, achives, etc…...) but for some reason I see products and product categories as indexed pages in the search results. When clicking I saw 404s, so I redirected all pages to the home page. How is that possible? The page never had any products, because I removed them first and after that I moved the website from my staging server to the new domain. Many thanks
