max_input_vars => 12000 => 12000 può anche verificarlo usando la funzione phpinfo() in uno script php.
Probabilmente il valore che vede è quello di default del server, come sta verificando tale direttiva? le confermo che l’applicativo non sta verificando la configurazione PHP del suo account ma quella del server.

I want to create a website that will show all the products by categories without option to sell just to view the product and by clicking on the product the user go to contact page to schedule an appointment. the ‘add to cart’ and prices will be hidden in the website, unless a user login with password and then he will see the shop page, with prices and option to buy.

1. Yes, all the examples you see of products, blog posts, and portfolio are based on the same module (where you can change the query), this module has 100+ options.
2. Not sure to understand, do you need to show categories?

5. I’m sorry but we cannot test any WooCommerce extensions, Uncode works fine with all the popular and official WooCommerce extensions, so it’s supposed to be.

Dear undsgn, I am searching for a template where I can put our logo in the middle of the top menu. Medium.com has a post with 20 awesome Uncode websites, showing a website with the logo in the middle at #3. When I open that website, hower, the company’s logo appears on the right, as in most of the other Uncode websites/demo’s. Hello, I have a really weird situation with the product pagination. It will not work correctly in any of the versions I’ve tried. It will always be a different number than the one i choose. I’ve used default woocommerce page and post element. I’ve changed the pagination to post element or the theme options version with number from theme options and reading – blog. Do you know of any issue like this? I’m using the latest version of everything.
I found out what the issue was – i have selected the hide out of stock products from catalog. So it will hide all the products that are out of stock and it will only show the ones that are in stock but different number on each page. So from 21 products on page 1 – 6 out of stock it will show only 15 products. Is there anyway to bypass this?

Hi Maxim1985! I’m sorry but we don’t have other reports so I don’t know about this, logically seems to be a good workaround to act on the WooCommerce Settings > Out of stock visibility.

It seems there is a bug in the theme – when using ‘Async JavaScript’ plugin (or similar) for defering JS load (to improve loading times and Page Speed score) the logo and the navbar disappear.

Sure, last time I TRIED using it, but ended not. Now I am actually using for the first time.
I just refer the fact that here on ThemeForest there are some policies (and these are the ones you accept when you bought an item). Support expiration is not from us, we as author have to abide by the terms of the contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and marketplace’s own interests. How we should help if we even don’t have a link to your site and the private logins to access? And moreover how we can get these in the respect of users who renew support?
So I’ve also tried the commercial WP-Rocket plugin for JS deferring and the logo and navbar disappear as well. No other plugins are installed or activated, beside the Uncode ones, so that’s definitely a bug.

Yes, open a ticket and reference exactly how the layout was before and what you have done or installed since the theme is a set of static files and doesn’t broke itself without any action.

I’ve few questions:
1) is there a way to add some form of ‘please wait, loading’ (like a spinning wheel animation, or something like that) to pages that are a Media Gallery with lots of images, where rendering of the page takes a while?
2) when setting an image as a full width and full height background for a page, is there a way to apply some form of animation to the image, for ‘first load’ event (something like delicate and slow zoom in or zoom out)?
3) when main home page is loading, is there a way to add in some simple text animation effect to play before the page is loaded and rendered?
And another one: 4) is there a way to control the top and bottom margins of the page? I’d like the menu to be displayed closer to the top browser edge and the footer to be displayed closer to the bottom browser edge

How to increase the size of the fonts used for ‘Filters’ menu generated by the ‘Media Gallery’ object? They’re so incredibly tiny and I can’t find a way to make them larger, they seem to ignore theme font sizing?

I have a question regarding “flickering & glicthing” on mobile. Since my three licenses have no valid support I am hoping to get some clarification this way.
Lately I found out that I have some glitching with the mobile hamburger menu and some pages that only display half and don’t allow for scrolling. This only happens on mobile.
I updated the theme to version 2.1.0 and I also updated the correspondign plugins (VC, uncode core) etc to the appropiate versions. This did not solve my issue.

Now my question sounds, are there still glitching issues that you are aware of?*

Here you will see the glitching, also note, that opening inspector tools (f12) and and putting the viewport on mobile does not trigger this bad behavior.
Hi brunodeneve! Did you tried to disable ALL your extra plugins’ I see your menu is always open but we don’t have any other users with this problem so probably you have some extra stuff that triggers this bad behavior.

Alright, I found the culprit and this a security wise one. I hope you can assist me here.
We run a website for a bank (KBC), and they run quarterly security audits, we as webdevs then have x amount of time to fix these.
In one of their recent rapports it came to their attention that the jQuery version (1.12.4) that WP includes throws alot of security issues from their scanning systems. So I installed https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-updater/ which updates jQuery to the latest version.
Now I’m wondering how I can comply with your jQuery requirements and also comply to the KBC standards of running the latest jQuery version.
I also noticed that I still have support bc we recently bought another license, so I’m going to continue this issue via your official support channel;
Hi brunodeneve and thank you for confirming! Anyway I don’t think that we can do something at the moment, this is the official jQuery version for WordPress and I think that if this version is not secure WordPress itself have update time ago, sometimes tests create false positive.
I undestand, we intially also circled this back that these could be false positives. But bc we don’t exactly know how their testing software works, we can never really know if something is wrong. Their consesus is clear, no exceptions.
Just went through my email traffic with their security team, the problem with jquery version 1.12.4 is that they could execute a DOM-Based XSS on our website. Which is an absolute red flag. After I updated the jQuery version tot 3.4.1 manually they weren’t able to execute the DOM-Based XSS anymore.

The client bought the theme, I am just the developer. The client can’t find login, so is there another way of finding an answer? It seems like a simple question, that should be in the documentation.

Ok, so I dont see this as support, but rather limited documentation. If it’s in your documentation, which I have used and searched several times, then it’s not possible to find.
As you prefer to believe. As already said if you need help of any kind you must first try the purchase this is a marketplace rule.

Unfortunately, this link you’ve posted is rather useless. I’ve checked all the options and nothing seems to be the case there, yet I can’t make neither the header/navbar nor footer transparent.
I can change the menu background color in Uncode > Theme Options > Customize > Light Skin and that will work, but there’s no ‘transparent’ option there in the dropdown list of colors and the ‘Primary Menu Background Opacity’ slider below does exactly nothing.

PS: note that when you import Theme Options you have everything set to have a transparent menu by default.
That’s not my experience – when you import the theme the menu is white.
And yes, I’ve tried these options and what I am saying is that they don’t take any effect, when it comes to transparency.

Can you make audio play with video background? I have used this theme before and it is amazing, but I have to work on a website that I’m not sure if this option is possible and client is requesting this feature. I would love to know if this is possible before buying this theme. Thanks.

I really liked this theme and wanted to buy it, but I’ve got one concern. Pagespeed score, especially mobile one, seems too low. I saw your tests with high results, but that was a long time ago. Even your official site https://undsgn.com/ gets around 20-40 points. I’ve checked showcase of websites made on this theme and checked their pagespeed (tested a lot of sites) and almost all of them fall into red zone on mobile. The highest I’ve seen was around 50-60 and only 2-3 websites achieved it.
Hi Soulstices! Our demo is now fully of extra stuff and pagespeed decrease. The main reason is the use of JavaScript and this test (from last year) penalises the use of JavaScript. Anyway there is a big difference between the pagespeed and the real speed experienced by the user (when you browse the site). For example do you feel slow our demo from your computer or from mobile? In fact, as proof of this, there are all the other page speed tests like GTMetrix, Pingdom etc which confirm it’s not at all slow.
