How do I get the content slider to automatically loops through all the slides?
Hi,
In order to get the content slider to automatically loops through all the slides kindly edit the page, select the content slider module and in the left side editor panel under the style tab kindly turn ON the “Enable Slide Show” option and save your changes. The section that you have mentioned in the above link is the portfolio grid section with the category filters above them and when you click on the filter the portfolio that are assigned to that category appears. To create portfolio, first you need to create single portfolio items in backend Portfolio > Add New. Here you can give portfolio title, assign category, featured image(thumbnail) that will be shown in the portfolio grid and link thumbnail to a single portfolio page or a external page. Refer the article in our knowledgebase http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/create-a-portfolio-post-item/. And then to present the single portfolios in grid format in a page, you can use the Portfolio module of Tatsu. You can change just the Menu Hover color (to one other than color scheme) under OSHINE OPTIONS > TOP HEADER SETTINGS > HEADER STYLE > Set Navigation Link Hover Color. Kindly select this option and set your preferred color and save the changes.

I added a Section ID to the destination Section and provided this Section ID as URL to the Button in its settings. Thank you so much for your interest in purchasing the theme.Please use the full url for the sections in the button so that they so that they scroll in smoothly. For example to link your contact section, the url should be http://YOURWEBSITEURL.com/#contacts and not just #contacts .

I am intending to show your demo site to a client. However there is an issue on all of the demo versions none of the Icons and some of the fonts are not loading due to CORS Issues with content loaded over the CDN.

By Hover Style, do you mean the Hover Color on Menu LInks? The Hover color on menu items will be the Color Scheme that you set under OSHIN OPTIONS > COLORS. But if you want a different color for footer links alone you would have to set it by using custom CSS, you can use the custom CSS code below -

color: red !important;
}
You need to paste the code in custom css section under OSHINE OPTIONS > GENERAL SETTINGS.

Hi, great theme. I´m really enjoying it.
I´ve inserted an image in the footer widget column 1 with 49px height. This images shows up with the correct size.But the widget footer is about, 185px height and in mobile it really huge. Can this be set manually? on both displays?
In the footer bellow (the one we setup on Oshine options) i´ve inserted a text. how can I change the color of this text.

1) If you could send me the URL link of your site I will be able to investigate further and help you accordingly with a appropriate custom CSS so that the image appears perfectly all the devices.
2) In order to change the footer text color kindly navigate to TYPE HUB > FONT VALUES > FOOTER TEXT and in here set up you preferred color for the footer text and save you changes.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing the theme. Yes, we do have an option to enable mouse scrolling in order to switch between portfolios for the new carousel portfolio layout instead of the Standard click, hold and drag. We have given this feature as an optional one in the backend of the respective portfolio page, so if you prefer to have a horizontal scrolling then you can very well enable the option called “Enable Mouse wheel Navigation ” option in the backend. Hope you understand.

I guess you mean to ask about translating the texts in the contact form. If that is so we would like to inform you that the text strings in contact form module are hard coded in the OSHINE MODULES and they have also been localized with the text domain ‘oshine-modules’ and are ready for translation. If you would like to edit the social icons in the header then kindly go to OSHINE OPTIONS -> TOP HEADER SETTINGS -> HEADER WIDGETS and you can find the Icon shortcodes placed in the CODE CONTENTS option. You just have to edit icons and add the link and save the changes.

The height of the slider gets adjusted automatically according to the height of the content and that is the reason why the image gets pushed down when the height is being adjusted and this is the functionality of the content slider module so unfortunately the height of the content slider cannot be fixed and even though if you fix the height your contents will get truncated in which case the layout will look back on the screen. Hope you understand.

The slider is a adaptive height slider, i.e it’s height is adjusted based on the content present in each slide. If the height of the slider does not get adjusted, your content will be truncated, or the height of the slide with lesser content will have more empty space. Since the height of the slider gets adjusted adaptively, the image below gets repositioned.

Yes this is totally possible, you can add a slider with a left header which is like the V6 combination and on a gallery grid module you can enable the masonry style option which will look like V17 with a masonry option and each of the single portfolio page can be customized from any of the demos that you see across all our 50 demos. I have recently updates to version 3.8.1 in order to access the new Templeate v49.
However once updated, templates v45-50 are not visible on the import tab of oshine.
Any ideas why they wouldn’t be showing?

The issue you are facing right now may be because you haven’t updated the Oshine Core plugin, The latest version of the plugin is Oshine core 1.4, So kindly update the OSHINE CORE plugin to its latest version and then you should be able to find and import the new demos directly from the backend from the Oshine -> Import panel. If the issue still persist, Kindly email your URL, wp-admin id and password via the private message form in the support tab, so I can investigate further.

Still this warning occurs….You have not set your Meta Box license key yet, which means you are missing out on automatic updates and support!

The plugin license is required only if you have paid extentions from Metabox, we have already included three paid extentions but that will be update and bundled along with the theme package like how you get updates to the slider plugins. So you can ignore the warning message. But still if you want this to be removed any way. This can be removed with the help of custom code, using the Child theme. If you could drop an email to help@brandexponents.com, I will be able to provide the necessary instructions to add the code to have this removed.

I’m having trouble changing my submenu background color. I’ve gone to the options and changed it under TOP HEADER SETTINGS – HEADER STYLE – SUBMENU SETTINGS – SUBMENU BACKGROUND COLOR. But it still remains black

It’s working now thank you! I had noted that the Cache was on, but I was manually clearing my cached images and files in Chrome as I was only making this one tiny change. I thought that would have worked, but apparently not – my mistake!
