My version of Uncode was verified fine for over a year. Now it just says “Not Verified”. I have tried inputting my purchase code and API again and again and it says I haven’t bought Uncode. Don’t see why I should have to renew support for this. Literally followed everything document & nothing is working. Anyone else got this problem?
Please note anyway that in old version registration is not mandatory, so you are now bound to update or register your installation. If instead, you need to update use the Envato Market plugin method suggested above.

You need to insert the video in the Page Media ( https://undsgn.d.pr/c2lh5D ) and then set the Post module to use the Featured Media when available ( https://undsgn.d.pr/ToO0PO ).

Hi,
After I updated your theme to latest versions, something broke and pagination doesnt work like it should.
Specifically: I mean pagination in Post element. When I click on the second, third or any other number it links to the first page. No matter what will I click, animation will go on and only first page will appear.
What is more strange it only happens on my main page. When I set page with this post element as regular (not main page) it starts working.
I updated all plugins, cleared the cache. Temporalily disabled plugins, and problem still occurs, so I think that there is something wrong within theme.
Can you help me with this?

Hello. Ok first thing first i am aware my support expired long time ago. I bought this theme back then because visually it was nice. I didn’t knew it will became one of the best selling hehe. But project was sidetracked and you know the rest. I actually never contacted your support, never exhausted it so i hope it’s fair to ask here about one seemingly trivial thing. Hope you don’t mind it.
1. How are we supposed to change SVG icon size?? Especially when we want to use SVG icon in (surprise) Icon box. I have found your comment here: https://themeforest.net/comments/22429681 – 3 months old
But it seems literally gobsmacking to me that we can not change SVG icon size when SVG type is used for Media icon. Yesterday I spent whole day trying and trying thinking that i am either doing something wrong or that there is a bug in your theme.
I am pretty sure you guys being top notch developers and UI designers (theme is one of the best looking on Envato imho) already saw idea of using SVG icon for Icon Box. I mean why not? You want perfect scaling icons, lightweight page etc.
So tell me am i doing something utterly wrong or there is indeed no option to set SVG size? What are my alternatives?
Even if i set SVG icon size to let say 50px in original – it is way larger in Icon Box?
p.s. What’s worst (and i know i am not crazy) sometimes SVG icons does indeed take values from “Media icon size” even though you said it’s only for JPG and PNG. So sometimes it’s working but sometimes not?? Like there’s a issue with SVG engine in your theme.
2. Possible Icon Box bug? See my screenshot here https://i.postimg.cc/ZKsW9sR8/issue-strong.jpg – as soon as i add strong text width between icon and Title decreases a lot (see screenshot). If i remove bold text then width between icon and Title turn to normal.
3. Possible SVG bug? I run in to weird issues. Sometimes if i use one white SVG in first row, then later down on the page itself i add one RED SVG in fifth row, sometimes that first one (white) became RED. But when i remove second (RED) SVG then my first one became white again?? Is this theme issue or what? It’s random happening.
No caching plugin. Latest theme version. Latest wordpress.

3. This is pretty normal since SVG uses CSS inside the code for styling (this is not related to Uncode, it’s just how SVGs work on the web), so you should change the CSS property inside the SVGs if you need to have different colors, otherwise the last code has the upper hand over the others: https://undsgn.d.pr/5vcLAX

Whatever the settings, I’m unable to use the block editor (aka Gutenberg) for a post, then the new frontend editor for another post.
The part of the frontend not working: clicking on the pencil to edit the properties of an element (you click but no action – properties box does not show).
No plugins conflict here as only the ones that come with uncode are activated.
Between the settings of WPBakery Page Builder, the ones in the WP Settings / Writing (when the Classic Editor plugin is installed and activated), what is the magical combination of settings permitting the non-simultaneous use of both editors?
Instructions scrupulously followed in Uncode is fully compatible with WordPress 5.0 (Gutenberg – Block Editor).
I’m on localhost, theme version is 2.2.1 (no change since 2.2.0), and System Status is all green…

Hi zakoops! Probably we are not understanding but we tested now and we are able to use Gutenberg for a post and the Frontend Editor for another, there is not special combo of settings. If the Frontend Editor is not working for you (“clicking on the pencil to edit the properties of an element – you click but no action – properties box does not show”) probably you need to clear cache in order to “read” the new files.

I have custom blocks inside a post gallery. I would like to have 5 columns because we need as much tiles as we can have on a row but the content on a 6 columns row would be to compressed. (it does have multiple images and multiple text fields).
Where do I have to modify the code to have 5 columns or is there any kind of workaround for this taking in consideration fully filling of the content area requirement?

Hi GyulaiZoltan! As for our demo and our documentation the whole Uncode theme is based on 12 subdivisions, if anyway, you want to modify this, I discourage to edit the code but us a simple CSS trick. If you can share your page preview I can create one based on your settings.
