Hi, I registered purchase code of bridge theme for a website. Unfortunately I had to reset the database due to some reasons. Now, when I try to register the purchase code it shows the code is already registered. Please help me to solve this issue. I’m not able to import demo content.

Hmmm I did the update via the envato API and after that I didn’t get any notification to update anything… thanks. it fixed the issue 
On another matter- Any chance to handle those PHP notices (from debug.log).

Registration has been made. After that we deleted the site. Now we can not enter for the domain. We did not manage to cancel the code and removed the hosting. We reinstalled the site and now, when entering the code, it writes to us that the code code has already been entered.

How many days do you take to answer in Qode Help Center? Hi! helpcenter just helped me now, and now is working. I reinstall the theme from Bridge Dashboard -> import and now is working, good. But if you install the theme from wordpress import tool some things don’t work, like revolution slider and WPBakery. WPBakery is called js_composer.zip in the plugin folder, if you install it WPBakery work perfectly.
