2 days ago Hi. I have installed Jupiter 6.4.1 on a client’s domain, but when I click any option of the jupiter’s control panel, it does nothing, so I cannot register or install templates. If I use Jupiter X I can register on the first screen, but I cannot install any template. When click any install template option, it does nothing. Please help. I want to install the aglaea template

I have try more than 2 domains + unlimited installs and changes on php versions,NONE of the templates complete the installation and always stay on custom tables are imported,most of the installs i got unlimited double posts and pages… Wp health is ok and jupiter jupiter x requirements is ok..

Try to deactivate all plugins and keep only Raven, Elementor, Jupiter X Core enabled. After that try to install a template (also try to install without media). If the issue still persists, create a ticket and provide FTP, WP Dashboard credentials. Thank you.
Hi there, I’m trying to remove the sidebars space on the Product Archives page but I cannot find how to do it. Also, on the product archive page there is the header image, breadcrumbs and title which I cannot remove either.

To remove the page title bar, go to Jupiter X > Customize > Title Bar and disable those elements. To remove the sidebar, go to Layout menu in Customizer and set Sidebar layout to “No Sidebar”.

I can exchange messages with other themes support more than once a day when necessary but you’re taking 2/3 days to answer me, except for one occasion.
This is an urgent matter that is giving me problems with a client and I have to say that the support has been very disapointing…. it used to be really good when I bought the theme

The manager confirmed that your raised a dispute, now the refund request can’t be granted.
I’m sure if you let Envato know that now you would like to grant the refund they will let you. That way they don’t have to make the decision.
In this case you need cancel the dispute, let us know and we will grant the refund or wait for Envato to reachout to use and we will confirm the dispute. First way can be faster.

The main page builder in Jupiter X theme is Elementor, but WPBakery is also bundled (it’s just for users who upgraded from Jupiter 6 to Jupiter X and didn’t want to re-create the pages with Elementor). If you install the theme on a new site, it’s recommended to use Elementor as the page editor.
4.3 seconds to load the landing page. Fresh WP install. Only the required plugins. Server settings as required. PHP 7.3 FPM, NGINX. MariaDB. All up 2 date.
Server load average: 0.08, 0.04, 0.01 Guaranteed resources machine. 7 GB and 2 vCores @ 2 Ghz. Not a shared hosting or so.
Landing page loading times: - without Elementor only 0.928 seconds - with Elementor 4.3 seconds
Just sucks and isn’t usable in production.
Using W3 Total Cache… 43 ms.
Looks like caching is required. Normally I don’t do that because the performance is well enough – without Elementor.
Any other (real) solutions?

That’s not true. You talk about optimizations. But cache isn’t required.

Why don’t you tell the customers BEFORE they buy the theme that they have to use a cache solution to get rid of the damn slow Elementor loading times?

Bah. Come on. 4.3s seconds is way too much – also without caching. Elementor just sucks. I have written my own theme using Visual Composer a few years ago. And you should know that Visual Composer is a lot faster than Elementor. Never had such crazy slow site loading. And as a dev I know what I’m talking about.
Elementor is nice if you don’t have dynamic data. it’s okay to use it with AJAX. But loading content or creating DOM after the page is loaded, that just feels bad for the visitor. It’s okay when to visitor interacts with something (like new page) and the content gets loaded using AJAX, that’s fine – but the rest? No.
If you’d like to use WPBakery Page Builder, you can use Jupiter 6 theme instead of Jupiter X. In Jupiter 6 we added WPBakery as the page builder. How to get Jupiter 6, please read here: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/how-to-download-jupiter-v6-files/

. Do I need to purchase two separate licences? . After 6 months, if we need more support, then Do we need to again pay the complete price of theme?

If you want to use the theme on 2 different domains, you have to buy 2 licenses. If the theme is installed on subdomains, you can use one license for them.

Hi I just downloaded and tried to upload to wordpress from the admin panel of my site. After I choose the file and hit ‘upload theme’, I get this message: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”

Seems you’re uploading the full package. You need extract the archive and inside you’ll find jupiter.zip and jupiterx.zip archives. Upload one of them depending on what theme you want to use – Jupiter or Jupiter X.
