i have made a custom product layout and see that it is NOT a selectable option in the product page, it just becomes a theme default.

i would like to use multiple custom layouts on different product pages…but the custom layouts i create do NOT become an option for any product pages layout.

is this correct? we cannot have more than one custom product layout?

You can create multiple Custom Product Layouts, but you can use only one at a time as Globally, You can not use it from Single Product Page Setting.

Are we allowed to have multiple menus? We would like to have a global menu but for a custom page have another header menu. Can this not be done?

, now set any Menu Items in it as per your requirements, and choose that particular Menu as Secondary Menu as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/5hp1jrV

Yes, Porto WordPress is fully compaitable with Elementor Pro plugin, but you can not use Elementor Pro plugin for editing the Demo elements because those Demo’s has been made using WP Bakery plugin, So if you want to use Elementor Pro plugin then you have to start from Scratch.

Can we have a custom single post page? We want the home page to be “wide” but the single post we do not want the single post page to be wide.

I have tested it again now, and yes you are right, If you set the layout for the side as Wide Globally, then it will not possible to change it from any particular Custom post Theme options, Global will apply on all the Custom Post Type Options.

This requires Customization.

That is how it is working, and there is no option in the Theme for it, but for you, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to make the plugin compatible with the Theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness and also we are unable to make the Theme Compatible with all the WordPress plugins. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Wishlist is not working properly in shop2 and following issues are encountered after upgrading to new version of theme 5.1.1.

1. Wishlist icon is disappeared on product achieve. But It gets red color when click on same place.

Sorry for the inconvenience I tested the same thing on my test site and the latest version of the wishlist plugin is not working properly with the theme I’m referring this issue to our development department for testing it in deep and till that use old version of the plugin attached below. And you will find this issue fixed in our next update. You have to be patience till that, I am sorry for the inconvenience this is because of the recent update of the plugin.

3. I am not able to understand it properly, can you please explain it more clearly.

Actually I meant, with new shop2 update, porto has made some changes (font size, font-family & color) to the single product page >> entry-summary section. With that changes, product title and short description font sizes are also increased. But others fields font sizes (like product-tab >> description, additional information & review sections) remain as unchanged. Due to this, single product page gets bit ugly, since there are different different font sizes (mainly descriptions).

Is there a option in the theme setting to revert these changes without editing custom css.

Hi My client’[s site was built by another designer using Porto. They have not been accessible and we need to know how to update the pages to be compatible with Woocommerce. The other designer did buy the theme but the client doesn’t have the installation code. When changing the background of the sticky menu there is no option to change the color of the fonts. So if we change the background to black then we need to change the menu fonts to white. We currently can’t do this

Not able to use custom fonts. We uploaded .ttf and .woff but to no avail. After selecting through the theme options its not recognizing it.

You have to upload the complete Font and must be zip format file to Theme from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Font Control and save changes and then you will be able to use it from Theme Options, and again you have to make sure the font file you upload will be complete and zip format, Otherwise, it will not work for you.

the mini-cart-button in my header does not work. It shows the number of items but when clicked nothing happens.

and it works on hover not clicked, so you have to hover over the mini cart icon and the pop up will appear, If it is not working at you end then it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please once check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve.

2. Please go to Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and turn the option OFF/Un-Checked as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/JBhNqqR
and click on Save Button and check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope it will solve your issue.
